Staf layanan sangat baik dan menyambut Anda dengan hangat. Dengan penuh pertimbangan, saya memberi teman saya kue ulang tahun untuk sarapan. Penuh rasa upacara Pelayanan staff di hari pertama check-in juga sangat sabar. Lingkungan hotel nyaman dan bersih Pemandangannya juga sangat bagus dan banyak pilihan hiburan pantai. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk wisata keluarga dengan anak-anak Variasi sarapannya juga banyak Ada juga bubur nasi putih yang lebih ramah di perut orang Cina.

excellent hotel, excellent service, great location, quiet, clean, nice beach and the sea. the breakfast is absolutely scrumptious, has a variety of choices. It is a little far from the city center, but there is a lot around the hotel as well.

It was a great family trip

Very good facilities and a great resort for families to stay. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Food options are also good. Highly recommended to stay.

I booked a Seaview room which is on the 2nd floor and you have to prepare to walk up n down to go elsewhere. . Since the hotel is pretty big and therefore you either walk a lot or take the buggy to go to the beach side pool or restaurant. Be expected to find many mosquitoes or insects since the hotel has a lot of trees, bushes

Beautiful classy hotel on one of the nicest beach in Ko Samui. Chaweng Noi beach was clean and quiet . One of the best things about this hotel is the location and the amazing friendly and helpful staff . Any issues were resolved very quickly and with a smile . Buffet breakfast was also very good with many Thai and international options . We also enjoyed yoga on the beach . Some of the hotel amenities like the towels and beach cushions were a bit worn and could do with renewing according to 5* standards, but in general it was really good value for money and the staff made it memorable , thank you .

The best service in all hotels. The room super clean and the breakfast was amazing All the workers are super kind and help anythin you need. Hotel is completely worn out! Service, especially in breakfast restaurant is not of standard of Sheraton! Asked for waitress for waving hands many times but the waitress ignored and when she came, I asked for straw for the 3 cold drinks but she only gave us one. Food is just average, asked for sunny side up, but I was given egg in the photo. Not worth of money at all especially when I compared this with Conrad. I am glad I only stay here for one night to catch my flight in the morning. Not recommendable at all

Good stay overall. Very nice buffet breakfast spread. Buggy arrived pretty quickly to pick you up. The beach was very nice as well. I got injured on the beach and the hotel provided quick and efficient first aid. The front counter staff at reception all looked very lost and not very capable. Otherwise, good stay for us.

+ the location is good, close to the center + the staff is very helpful. When we had requests, they tried their best to fulfill them + there is bar at the beach + the breakfast with good variety of options + the Thai food at the hotel restaurants was delicious but expensive - the hotel is old and the rooms especially look worn and not very clean.  - the swimming pool at the beach is not very enjoyable. It has floor with gravel texture (rough surface) that creates small cuts or bruises if you are not very careful.

Good rooms cleanliness good overall excellent place to stay

This is a very big resort hotel with large beautiful gardens. Hotel provides club cars to shuttle the guests between different places inside the hotel. All stuff always smile to greet the guests, and provide very nice service. The hotel has large amounts of different beautiful shapes of beach chairs nicely arranged at various places around the beach and pool areas for guests to have enough fun. All restaurants have ocean views, and carefully designed to have relaxing atmospheres, those are really enjoyable. The breakfast is also very nice with very good selections. The waves at this beach here are strong which make a very loud sound. The sounds truly make me so relax, as well as an unforgettable experience. Our deluxe terrace guest room is by the beach on the first floor, and near the pool bar and a restaurant. We can overlook the ocean, and enjoy the wave sound just from our terrace. On the other hand, the room has airtight windows to keep the room absolutely quiet. Thank Sheraton for making our Samui vacation such a wonderful and memorable one.

Room is basic like a 3 star hotel. I booked a superior sea view room but there's no sea view at all and my balcony is viewable by people on stairs. My son got a room that had sea view. My son's room is better but my room is disappointing. Breakfast is good with both Asian and western foods. Staff were friendly and greet us when they came across us. Beach is close to rooms and very good with white fine sands. Overall it's at a nice location with nice staff，but the room is not as good as the other two resorts I stayed during this trip.
