Ulasan TUI BLUE The Passage Samui Pool Villas with Private Beach Resort

Was little problem with the room, I didn’t get the room that I ordered, But the management fixed it somehow and gave me another room still not what I ordered but it was okay.

We stayed 6 nights in a Deluxe Room and it was wonderful! The resort was not lacking in any way; the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was idyllic! We also highly recommend if you desire a stay away from the busy atmosphere of other locations.

We loved this hotel very much ! Everything was perfect ! I am sure we will come back again :)

The property is absolutely beautiful, too bad the rooms don’t match. The bed was horrible. Very lumpy and full of loose springs. The shower pressure was like a water gun and the water doesn’t get hot. It seems as though this hotel is understaffed. The staff was good, typical Thai service, but they all seemed so tired. I stayed 2 days and the same people worked all day and night both days. A lot of guests were sneezing and sniffling, when I arrived. 1 day later, I was too. I suspect there is a mold issue in the rooms or some other allergen present. I hope this place can reach its potential with updated rooms and more staff.

We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at the Passage on Samui. The hotel and Staff are truly excellent and do everything to make sure that your stay is as perfect as possible. All Staff on the hotel was fantastic but Cat and Ben in the restaurant was just further fantastic – catering to all our needs and just very pleasant company to be around and enjoy some small talk with. We stayed in a 2 bedroom "villa" with a private pool and that was simply just perfect for our family vacation, we had a small "kitchen" / lounge area besides the 2 bedrooms, where the kids often had dinner from room service. The private pool is not very large, but it was very easy and nice for the kids to quickly jump into the pool and when we wanted more the hotel offered 3 large pools on the hotel grounds. The hotel is right on the beach and right in front of the hotel the beach is clear of rocks and coral. - There are corals to both sides of the hotel and further out as well, which makes this beach very protected. When we stayed at the hotel the tide was out most of the day, which made the beach very shallow and not good for swimming, so for beach swimming we had to get up and complete this in the mornings. Everything about this hotel we will highly recommend, both for families with kids, but also for adults seeking a nice, relaxed vacation - there are plenty of room for both at the same time. The hotel is a bit away from everything else, so some kind of private transportation is highly recommended.

Beautiful, clean hotel complex, right on the clean and beautiful beach. Too European for our taste and unfortunately lacking a Thai feel.

The environment outside the hotel is good, the breakfast is delicious, and swimming is convenient. Choosing this hotel is the best choice.

Quiet beach, not many tourists, beautiful sunset beach! Facilities: Hotel villas, swimming pools, and gyms are all equipped. Spent three days at the beach. The buffet style in the morning was a little less, but it was very pleasant to have breakfast while listening to the waves. The waiters are very friendly and have the smile of Koh Samui! The southwest side of the island is a little bit off, so eating and drinking out is not as convenient as Ban Puchavan. But very peaceful and comfortable. If you are staying for a long time, renting a car or motorcycle is the best way. I hope to have the opportunity to come to Koh Samui again to watch the sunset.

This is a very nice resort and the owner is German. There are very few Chinese people here, most of them are tourists from France and Germany. The breakfast was good and the beach view was beautiful, especially the sunset.

I really liked the hotel itself. Green area, everything is clean, cool pool, it’s clear that they are trying to provide maximum service for guests. Red fish for breakfast, glass bottled water, welcome juice, and many other little things. We visited several beaches on Koh Samui - this beach is the best we have seen. Yes, there is low tide, you can swim until lunch, after that it’s a bit shallow. From 8 to 14 seems to me quite enough time to swim. The water is the clearest we have seen on Koh Samui. No algae, no stones, overall great. Only Koh Samui has sunsets on this side. The staff is very friendly. The only negative is the location. There are very few tourists in the hotel and nearby. There is practically nothing within walking distance. You need to ride 20 minutes by bike or taxi to the nearest town. Bike 300 baht per day
