Ulasan Tonsak Resort

The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the tuk tuk stop. Nearby there are markets, a lively street with cafes and bars, a market. The room is small, but cosy. There was no hot water in my room, but the problem was solved with the help of the staff, but the strangeness is that there is a large bathtub in the room, it was filled with water very slowly for about 1 hour and only with hot water, cold water was only in the shower and on the sink for washing, it's inconvenient. The staff is not very friendly, the waiters on the beach insistently ask for a tip. In the evening, a magnificent fire show takes place on the territory of the hotel and the beach.

A picturesque venue for a stay. Service wise if they can recognize who is staying in house it would be great!

Stayed here for 2 nights, no need to visit again after the experience, the service staff is unfriendly. Only one staff will actively serve you in order to earn your tip. However, squid fishing at the resort is a good activity, but it is not recommended for seasick people. The activity time is 3 hours.At least the view is good and food is normal but I don’t recommend their breakfast. You can go outside to eat . Fire show is amazing. 👍🏻👍🏻

The room was very spacious, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I can complain about is the shower not getting hot and there was a little bit of sand residue in our beds when we first checked in and we hadn’t been to the beach yet. Another thing might be that people can easily stare into your room when you are relaxing in your room.

Great resort. Very friendly staff at reception. They allowed us to leave our bags behind the reception desk, as we arrived two hours before check-in time. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Buffet breakfast had good variety and was very tasty. Will definitely return and book Tonsak again.

Location and design it good but my room it not good. Some floors are damaged. The sink is slowly flowing down. Other rooms may not have problems. I want you to renovate the damaged room first. The hotel area is still not clean and tidy. The items used to improve are not in place. If you like design and location it very good.

Good service and location but killed over 30 mosquitoes over 2 nights!

Resort with good location right beside the beach. And little walk to 7-11 and eateries. Down side is found many mosquito inside the room and can easily seem as 3 flying around.

Overall good. But toilet was small. Can choose bigger room.

Nice location on the saikaew beach, variety breakfast, enjoy with bathtub in the room. It will be nicer if it has the special promotion like happy hour for beverage.
