The worst «hotel» I stayed in. Outdated, dirty, noisy, but location is great. It’s very sad that owners don’t maintain it in good conditions. I paid 100$ for 2 nights during full moon party. Hotel+party both disappointing.

Very moisty and moldy room but if you keep balcony door open all the time, its not that smelly. Other than that it's ok

The best thing about this place is the location, it’s in a great spot for anyone there for the full moon party. But that’s the only good thing. The room had a padlock on the outside which still looked way too easy for someone to pull the door off. They had a wardrobe in there that looked like it had been half eaten by woodlice (why anyone would use it). They gave us 1 toilet roll for 3 nights stay and provided no towels. When I asked after the 2nd day they said they had 1 which I believe was another persons they had left behind. They don’t offer to do up your room during your stay so all the sand etc from day 1 will be in your room/ bed for the duration. Basically not ideal for girls especially solo travellers. Lads on a budget and in a group would be fine.

Close to full moon party and friendly staff! Has a pool and in front the beach. Nice to spend the holiday

Well located hotel but really dirty and the staff played the music loud all night, impossible to sleep even though there were only two of them (even though we had asked them to stop)

Was great location on the beach with a pool and big speakers near the pool. The room and place looked run down. Aircon worked well. Not the best service. We stayed there for the full moon party while prices around Haad run were inflated. It was good location for full moon party. 10 min walk to the party but not to much in the think of it. Bed wasn’t very comfy and bathroom wasn’t the nicest. Lock felt a bit dodgy. Had a fridge that worked.
