Ulasan Koh Mook Riviera Beach Resort

The rooms at the back of this resort are basic and a bit run down. AC is good and water pressure for shower. No decoration in the room, drap painted walls. No net curtains so you have to close the blackout curtains for privacy. The balcony area and garden again no privacy and the gardens are just some grass and trees. Lots of broken furniture scattered to areas of the resort on show. For the money I paid for sky rooms. Could do better. Buffet breakfast was standard, no fresh coffee. Staff super friendly. Lot of sand Flys on the beach. Easy 5 min walk from pier, shops and restaurants.

Potentially this place could of been good or great , but it was tired, and needs a good clean  Staff were un interested and lazy , pretending not to know what your saying and not really caring  The beach is lovely when the tide is in , but when ot goes out you have to walk really far out to get only knee deep. If you get a deal on this then fine but for the money i wouldnt bother , pay more or go somewhere for less , and get a boat or taxi to a beach

The resort has seen better days. you can tell it was once grand. The grounds are huge. lotsa trees that unfortunately haven't been kept up with so the hotel has an abandoned feel to it. The entrance is dark at night and can be a little scary as there are no outside lights lighting the path (this would help BTW). It its close to everything. Aside from the overgrown grounds and lack of outside lighting its an okay resort. Opt for rooms closer to the beach 

The rooms need better cleaning. We stayed in three different rooms and one of them had a lot of insects creeping on the floor. The beach is okay in the afternoon when the tide is high but during the day you should go to Charlie beach instead. Clear water and not so affected by the tide. Staff was friendly. This was the cheapest accomodation we could find with short notice and in high season so we got what we payed for. If we compare prices it might be worth it but check the room for insects first.

no early check-in , as it mentioned on app, water flow in shower is super low, breakfast from 8 a.m.

To be honest, the staff at the hotel were careless about the breakfast and the staff were not very helpful. This trip was a very terrible experience and I would never go back again!

Garden rooms were very basic and the beds were very uncomfortable, towels not changed in the 4 nights we were there, even though we asked on several occasions. Staff weee friendly and location great.

Once we arrived there the receptionist is not around, there go out to buy something, we have to wait for around 30 minutes but nobody come back. The sorrounding is messy with dry leaves all over the floor. The hotel is like abandoned place, cafe also closed.may be ,we have been there in low season. So we decided to move out to another hotel. That is pawapi hotel, that is very helpful n friendly staff.

Schöne Lage, direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Der erste Eindruck wirkt verwahrlost, dies ändert sich umso mehr man zum Strand kommt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war spärlich, gerade für Vegetarier.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage. Einen Fernseher, der leider kein WLAN hat. Wir hatten das Zimmer 308. Leider hatten wir hier generell schlechtes WLAN
