Ulasan The Erawan Koh Chang -Sha Extra Plus

The hotel is in need of renovation... Seems like lack of staff. The ones there did a good job, but seemed overall the building have seen much better days.

Great hotel, staffs and management made our stay fabulous.

Отель нам понравился. Сервис на высшем уровне, доброжелательный, всегда улыбаются, счастливые, встают при встрече и приветствуют, это очень приятно. Завтраки хорошие, кофе вкусный. До моря 3 минуты, потрясающие закаты с бассейна на крыше. У нас был вид сразу на сад, на балконе сразу деревья, папоротники, и там много обезьян, нужно быть осторожными, они могут забрать ваши вещи с пакетов, напитки. У нас с ресепшена с пакета забрали чипсы, но это не страшно. Главное к ним не подходить и не кормить их. Рядом делают неплохие массажи. Мужу очень понравился мужчина Вали (точное имя не помним), он делает с душой и очень хорошо))) как выходите с отеля - направо их массажный салон.

這家酒店服務非常好，每天微笑打招呼，需要幫忙時叫服務員很快回應並解決。早餐很不錯，房間乾淨衞生，穿過馬路就是白沙灘超級近，預訂時沒想到會這麼近，不過島上許多酒店都在沙灘附近。

酒店店裡海灘很近，酒店環境一般，設施比較老舊，餐廳也很小.

服務專業。可能酒店稍微小眾一點。我跟我老婆去的那幾天幾乎沒什麼客人。。。獨享樓頂泳池。。。。。很爽。。。哈哈哈

雖然達不到四星標準，但符合這個價位。吃飯，沙灘，租摩託都很近很方便。

Sadly, we were very disappointed in this hotel, it is no longer is as described on sites across the internet. Obviously, it was once a very good hotel but it seems to have fallen into decline. The pool was dirty and the bar by the pool is no longer in use, our room although adequate was not up to the standard portrayed on the booking site. That said the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and I cannot rate them highly enough. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the hotel.

Decent hotel in a great location just across the road from the beach. The service is 5 star with really warm, friendly, and accommodating staff who speak English and Thai. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was also very friendly. The rooms were great with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a desk, and flat screen TV. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because it is a little bit rough around the edges in terms of the decor both in the rooms and around the hotel. The first room we were put in had a musky smell and I think the furniture was a little old but once we told the staff about it we were moved to a different room immediately and the next room had no issues at all albeit on a lower floor. We were then upgraded to a different room on a higher floor with a balcony which we greatly appreciated as we originally wanted a higher floor. The other problem we had was the loud music from the bar next door/down the road late at night but the hotel obviously aren't at fault for this. The breakfast food was also very tasty and they offered a different selection every morning to keep it interesting. The rooftop terrace and pool was also very nice with great views of the sea. What really makes this hotel great is the staff and we would certainly recommend staying here as we would definitely come back again! Keep up the great work Erawan team and thank you :)

First of all I want to acknowledge the service which was great. However, I really really do not understand the positive reviews. The hotel cost more than far nicer hotels on the island and is not well managed. Room: smells of mold, view of an unkempt backyard. Mattress is hard and of poor quality. No Wi-Fi! There is WiFi in the hotel but it simply does not reach the room. Throughout our stay I had to use data exclusively. No breakfast buffet in the low season, so we had a very simple breakfast prepared for us. The pool is tiny and not very clean. No parking. Overall this felt more like a motel than a nice boutique hotel. It's also not on the beach. While I appreciate the staff there are simply much nicer hotels for much less.

We stayed for 2 weeks in a sea view deluxe room (403). The room was very nice with a comfortable large bed. The room is clean and well designed, with lots of space to store the suitcases and room for clothes and other stuff. We had a nice view of the sea and the street, so we could enjoy the sunset from the balcony, if we did not watch it on the beach. Every night Oodies next door played live music (blues and rock), so there was music on the balcony :-) The music was noticeable in the room, but faint, so we did not mind. Water, coffee and tea in the room was refilled every day.  The hotel has a special wooden staircase in the middle, this makes the hotel feel very open and with a lot of space as compared to long halls. On the roof there is a swimming pool and a rooftop terrace. We used the beach, but if you prefer to be out of the sand, this is a nice option. The view is very good from here, jungle and mountain on one side and the sea on the other side. The staff are the kindest and you feel very welcome and special. There is always a smile and a greeting from everybody; reception, cleaning, the kitchen or at breakfast. The breakfast buffet offer what you need whether you like Thai food, Continental or American for breakfast. You can have your coffee made to order and with a smile.  Thanks to everybody at The Erawan for great hospitality. 

Service very good. Staff always helpful. My kids love the breakfast. Beautiful view from room at top floor. The sea is just walk across the road. Many restaurants nearby. Many shops selling things too. Good location and very convenient.
