Very nice . Compensations taking place during our stay. Some construction noise . Will be great when finished. Will stay again .

This for us was the perfect hotel in Koh Chang. Pros. It was low season so we got an amazing bungalow right on the beach, so we could see the elephants coming down to excerise and cool off. The rooms were lovely and clean. The staff are super friendly,and have good English. Breakfast was good and could be delivered to the bungalow as it was quite. Free electric car to take you into town. White sandy clean beaches to walk on. Large pool with plenty of sun loungers. Cons Not much really, unfortunately we did not eat at the restaurant as there is no view of the beautiful beach. They were building a lovely cafe while we were there, so that will take in the view. The beautiful swimming pool was placed away from the view also which made it redundant for us as the sea and view were stunning, even in the rain. All in all, we all loved this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Our Villa is just amazing, no more then 100 steps from the beach. The resort is well maintained and very clean. Pool is not big but ok. There are only a few sunbeds on the pool. Unfortunately, there are no sunbeds on the beach, what I consider unacceptable for a beach hotel. By the way the beach has many rocks, depending on the tide. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly but their english is very little as nearly everywhere in Thailand.

Room had everything, including super view from 3rd floor. Soft comfy beds and strong warm shower. Staff very polite and helpful, hotel buggy giving free lifts into town. Its an excellent location for walks on the beach, and short walk into town for all the bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Accidentally found hotel by browsing tons of places on the island. What a win. Kaibae beach is great, hotel is just on the beach, maybe 100m to walk if you do not stay in a bungalo. Great service, very decent breakfast, everybody is just so welcoming. Nive beach view from a balcony, if u do not stay on ground floor. Odd drawback to mention - when it gets dark the lighting shines on your room entry doors which attracks tons of various bugs, so you have to be very quick to enter your room after dark :)

We stayed here with our 3 children in a family bungalow and thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. Immaculate resort that feels really well cared for and has lots of attention and helpful staff on hand. The access to the beach is just perfect. The elephants did cause some initial upset with our youngest who didn’t like seeing them being climbed on etc. it’s nice to see them but most people would just enjoy seeing them walking past we think. Overall really good value for money on a lovely beach and close to great restaurants and bars

This is a beautiful hotel with great little bungalows in a great location.the breakfast was great with lots of choice,all the staff were very friendly and a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants!

Beautiful beach, beautiful beachfront bungalows, beautiful sunsets.. .and the best Thai massages on the beach . My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights when we arrived in Thailand ...it was the perfect start to our trip. Would definitely recommend and return .

Had a sea front bungalow for 6 days. Beautiful resort and beautiful beach. Everything works really smooth at this resort and staff are very quick to respond. Breakfast is ok. There are some nice bungalows at 2nd and 3rd row with rooftop terraces and they also was nice. Restaurants, shops and bars are a very close walk from the resort. Also very short to speedboat if you want to go to Kood or Mak.

Stayed here for just over a week, at New Year 2022/23 - travelling with our young kids, we booked a bungalow which has two large beds (with mosquito nets) and was very comfortable for the four of us. These bungalows have a front porch with sun loungers to relax on - the ones for 2 people have a rooftop terrace which is a nice touch. The resort is very well taken care of, the grounds are lovely and you are right on the beach - in the peak of New Year, it still wasn't crowded or noisy. Kids enjoyed the pool with the slide, but to be honest, we spent most time on the beach. Sea was nice and warm and great for the kids, very shallow for them to safely enjoy. Breakfast is decent, staff all friendly. Laundry and tour offices (and 7/11) are just a couple of minutes walk up the road. Plenty of restaurants etc as well. Glad we chose Kaibae to stay, for me it's the best option for families - enough things on your door step, but more peaceful than White Sand beach which was very busy when we visited. Hope to return one day!

Stayed at this resort a number of times now they have a new big swimming pool which is nice breakfast is good A couple of things to mention there is not a lot of umbrellas around the pool for shade and the ones there are small also lunch at the beach restaurant not as good as my previous visits my wife found a hair in her lunch However overall a nice hotel friendly staff

Wir hatten ein schönes, grosses und sauberes Garden View Bungalow. Zimmer mit zwei grossen wirklich bequeme Betten, perfekt für Familien mit zwei Kindern. Frühstück ist wirklich lecker und super vielfältig, es hat asiatische und westliche Speisen, auch sonst war das Essen gut. Ganzes Personal macht super Service und ist freundlich. Das Hotel ist nicht zu gross, so dass es sehr angenehm ist. 1 grosser Pool und 1 anständges Kinderbecken mit Rutsche. Strand ist auch toll, auch gut geeignet mit Kids, mit doch einigen Schattenplätze. Gesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Mein kleiner Sohn ist auf ein Seeigel getreten, der Concierge hat uns wirklich gut geholfen, einen herzlichen Dank ihm! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.
