I booked in this facility but had to immediately cancel as there was a mistake with the credit card transaction, and i had made a duplicate booking. I immediately contacted Trip.com who told me that they will cancel this booking but had to inform the vendor (La Flora). Meanwhile I have been trying to reach La Flora all day and no one picks up the telephone number throughout the day. This happened when trying to reach La Flora at least 10 times all day, what service can I expect, if I am simply unable to get anyone on the phone ?
In the night Trip.com get back to me saying that La Flora is not willing to cancel the booking.
The mistake happened on the payment page of Trip.com, and I immediately cancelled on Trip.com itself. I was also unable to reach La Flora despite repeated attempts, and to be charged for the booking in these circumstances is shocking.
