Great, friendly desk clerks! Helpful and informative.
Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. We had requested a baby bed when we booked the room and it was set up and ready for us upon arrival. 😀

Pro: can't beat the location. Most of the staff are nice. Con: upon entry the smell of cigarette smoke was nauseating. Pillows and bed are uncomfortable. You can hear the alarms and tvs of other rooms along the hallway. Other: bathrooms are small and fine for an average sized person. If you are bigger, it will be a squeeze. Breakfast was tasty but over priced compared to others we have had in Germany. In general felt this hotel was over priced for what you got. I'd not book this again.

Very unhelpful front desk staff. I needed directions to a well-known river cruise ship that docked within a 10 minute walk. They had no idea where it was and sent me to the wrong area. When they asked if I had found it and I told them what happened, they shrugged their shoulders.
