Ulasan Mercure Hotel Koblenz

Hotel is in a quiet area at the moment there are some construction works at the road outside and you have to take a dtour to go the old city. The view from the room is perfect you can see the old castle on the hill. The people at the reception will give you a map and explain what you can do in the area. There is an underground parking for 13 euro per day.

Service was absolutely first class from email contact before arrival, help with a luggage issue upon arrival , checking out, and everything in between. All staff were really lovely and helpful and always smiling! Food was perfect and the restaurant staff were really engaged with us, recommending items from the menu and perfect wine to accompany the food. Prices were very reasonable too. This was my second trip to the Mercure in Koblenz and I will definitely be back. Even as a lone female traveller, I felt very comfortable which is a huge benefit to enable enjoyment of the whole trip. MARVELLOUS, thank you

コブレンツ中央駅からは徒歩12～13分。 ライン川に掛かる橋の出前にある近代的建物です。エアコン付き。ライン下りの船着き場から川沿いに7～8分の位置なんですが橋下が工事中で迂回。不愉快でした。

前台服務特別好，還送了飲料免費券，入住當晚就品嚐了免費的德國啤酒，我第二天去波恩，讓前台幫忙叫的出租車，早餐也很豐富，有熱牛奶

不推薦！！來koblenz是為了第二天在科隆還車近一些，小城市選擇了美居，1krmb一晚的房間卻。。床單上有污漬（忘記拍了😅），淋浴水壓也比較小，而且淋浴的花灑頭好像長銹了（尊滴有些噁心，不敢多想）。最討厭的是停車！入住時候問了前台是不是free for parking，前台妹子説是，結果**第二天出閘機時候發現出不去，緊急跑上樓去問前台，結果是給discount而已，還需要機器付款😠崩潰的是，機器衹有德語！！omg前台衹會sorry，你需要自己操作😡btw停車費一晚是13歐。下次不會選擇！感覺現在美居牌子的確不行了。。

酒店地理位置及員工服務都不錯，房間很大。景觀優美，可以望到萊茵河，沿著萊茵河邊跑步一流，只是附近餐廳較少。

早飯屬於德國標配吧 最大的問題是停車，16歐一晚

地理位置非常好，在萊茵河邊。酒店設施和服務中規中矩。有地下車庫，停車非常方便。性價比剛剛好，下次還會來。

窗外環境不錯！可以看到萊茵河！還可以看到教堂！交通便利，出門15分鐘步行可以到達火車站！非常推薦！！
