Hotel Kobe Kita Ward

The location is about 5-6 minutes walk on the ramp on the main street, if there are elderly children can ask the hotel to pick up, 1400 has this service. The room is very large and beautiful, the staff service attitude is good, very courteous. I ordered a one-night-two meal, dinner although many dishes but not very full, can buy cup noodles or snacks in advance to eat at night hungry. Have purchased a private bath, not very big, 2-3 people would be good The public hot spring is much bigger, I booked the room in the bathroom so I must go to the public hot spring to take a shower.

The public bath has two cleaning times, 00-01, 0930-1100. I missed the morning bath and now I regret it. This 800-year-old restaurant has no flaws. I ordered a cake here, which was very delicious. To be frank, it was much better than the cream of the cream cake I bought at L’avenue. The golden bath was very comfortable. After the bath, I went to the room to lie on the massage chair. I felt that staying for a day was not enough. As for transportation, it is only a dozen meters away from the bus station and the Internet celebrity check-in point, which is very convenient. It should also be very convenient to return home during the day. I think both dinner and breakfast are delicious, especially the tofu for breakfast. The service is also very good. The suitcases are placed at the door, and the shoes are ready when we go out. There are 5 of us. We ate in the private room. After eating, we went to the restaurant to drink coffee and sit for a while. A slow-paced place is really great. The rhythm should be bathing, resting, bathing, eating

Highly recommend for a onsen hotel. The add on kaiseki dinner is wonderful. Breakfast is also such an experience. Onsen can be booked for private use which is included in the package. An overall unforgettable experience. Staff can communicate in English, so no worries. Services and care is excellent.

Staffs speak decent English. You should have no problem checking in. Nice staff. They provide shuttle bus between hotel and the bus station, all you have to do is ask the information centre to call the hotel for you and they will pick you up from the station. The private bath IS NOT hot spring tho. But the hot spring, especially the golden one, the outdoor ones are excellent. Great view great feel. The dinner is ok(not bad~and everything is fresh. We were just expecting more. I heard the dinner in your room would be even better but of course you’d also have to pay more) but the breakfast is really good. Again, not that the dinner is bad. Definitely worth the price. If you go to Arima Onsen, the hot spring in the hotel should be enough. Nice experience.

First experience in an onsen and ryokan in general. An excellent hotel, although it has seen better days. Good quality and varied food, mostly classic Japanese cuisine, but for lovers of European cuisine and for children there will be something to treat themselves to at the buffet. The onsens are wonderful, equipped with everything necessary, as care and hygiene products they offer locally produced products. I recommend it as a first option because of the proximity to Kobe and Osaka, but on weekends the price is very high. Nevertheless, thanks to the staff for their kindness and hospitality:)

Simply such a blessing experience. Didn’t come to my head will have staff speaking Mandarin, location is a bit of a trouble if carrying big luggages, they offer pick up service at limited time. Almost no taxi at sight if arriving after 8 at night, can walk but very tiring, not recommended at all. Breakfast is traditional Japanese style, have a souvenir shop in the lobby, vending machine outside, main door will be closed at night, have to contact staff if wanting to go out real late. The tea provided is such a satisfaction, even the tea bag in room is good. Water in room is HOT for people loves a hot bath after all the sightseeing and daily life.

Customer service was great, there is staff that can speak excellent chinese and some of the younger ladies can do english as well The onsen was fun, both authenticated gold and silver onsens in the town are available in the men/women's bath Room is cozy and spacious, size for up to a family of 5 Central location between two convenience stores at night This ryokan serves authentic kobe beef, and it was part of the ryokan package, enjoyable washoku dinner and breakfast although it may not be to everyone's preference

Very nice onsen where you can get both Kinsen（golden hot spring）and Ginsen（silver hot spring）. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. It’s quite near to both train and bus station. There’s direct bus to Kyoto and Kobe. The hotel is located a short distance up the slope. You can request hotel shuttle to train/bus station.

A traditional Japanese hot spring hotel with gold and silver baths. I personally feel that the gold bath is really good for the skin. The hotel has thoughtful service, you can have dinner in the room, and the hotel will confirm whether there are any dietary allergies in advance. The location is also good, you can go around the hotel, the steamed buns and beef patties sold in the small street are delicious. The hotel has a special car to pick up, and I will come to the gold bath next time!

The shuttle bus is only a one-way inconvenience. It is very convenient to go to the cable car station. There is no milk in the vending machine, but there is beer. Free dandan noodles are provided for midnight snacks. The room is large and comfortable, but there is no bathing facility. The hot spring is comfortable and has a historical introduction.
