Once inside, there were multiple reception desks, so I was able to enter smoothly. In addition, the amenities were extensive and there were elevator directions, so it was easy to get around even with a lot of luggage!

It was easy to get to from the station, the room was well-cleaned and comfortable, and I appreciated that the tap water was drinkable and the coffee was free.

The room was clean and I was able to relax even though I only stayed overnight! There was a wide variety of amenities and the staff were very friendly!

It was close to a contracted parking lot and the surrounding area was convenient for finding food. I guess it was a school trip? It was very crowded at breakfast time and I had to wait a bit, which was a shame. The free bicycle rental was very helpful. I would like to use it again.

The location is good, very close to Sannomiya and the beach. You can also rent bicycles.

It's OK. The hotel is clean, but a bit crowded. I was planning to stay at Kobe, but unfortunately it was fully booked.
