The location of the hotel is so convenient for tourists to visit nanjing machi also meriken park.

The service was amazing,the food is great and the hot spring is very nice too!

The room is really spacious and has everything. Clean sheets, pjs and wc. The room was clean also but not as clean as my previous jp hotel ( some marks on the table) Bed was comfy too.theres an air purifier whoch was great. Bathroom doesn't have a bathtub as there is onsen in the hotel and massage chairs in the shared area. Love the free snacks, ramen, ice bar and Yakult. At night the onsen can get crowded. It's right at one of the entrances to nankinmachi and has a city bus stop a few steps away. The famous senbei shop is nearby too. Highly recommend!

The hot springs are good, there is indoor and outdoor onsen. The room is clean and there are many free things such as free ramen, free yakult, free ice cream and jelly in the room. Very satisfied and will want to come back again. Hotel is also beside one of the entrance to Chinatown

Spacious for 3 - 4 person with 2 big beds and a sitting area. The beds are big enough to sleep four, thus the sofa bed is not required. Shower includes a sitting area which is a nice surprice. Comes with the usual Dormy perks, such as onsen, late night snacks, popsicles, and coffee.

Dormy Inn was a nice Onsen Hotel with basic amenities. The onsen experience was superb, especially the Sauna with herbal scent. The laundry was free, and just need to pay the dryer100yen for 20minutes. The location was great though.

Easy to find location, just a few minutes walk to the shopping area and metro station. Good facilities and service, value for money choices!

Like Dormy Inn because it do have one of the best Onsen. Staff always check the water quality and facility. Great job Dormy Inn. Room is clean and comfortable, although not big, but it OK for the size.

This hotel is amazing. Free ramen noodle soup from 21:30-23:00 every night. Also, they provide free ice cream and ice bars outside the public bathhouse. For breakfast, there are lots of choices. Highly recommend.

Onsen was good, the staff was great

Dormy has been a fave of mine. The last time I patronise Dormy was 2023. I have since moved on to Nono. My recent visit to Dormy, Kobe was a by default due to the absence of Nono. Moreover, its Onsen is well designed and the better than most hotels in Kobe. Areas Dormy should improve on: 1. Overcrowded breakfast experience. Some kind of timing or queue sequencing (like Nono) should be in place. 2. Food quality has dropped! Prawn tempura and katsu are with minimal meat and mostly flour! Fruits and salad are so low in selections and quality. 3. Seating management was overwhelmed by tour groups. This also made breakfast experience lousy! Either specify timing for tour group breakfast or extend breakfast timing to ensure better spread of guests. 4. Low quality F&B: Rice was cooked in the most non-Japanese way! Staffs were unenthusiastic. Food decoration also sloppy! The 前菜 look unappertising! 5. Amenities area adjacent to the bath. Rethink how to ensure the cleanliness and safety. The place is very often overflowing with ice cubes and used paper cups ; and wet floor near the machines. Trip.com provides good discount. It is time to segregate offerings based on level of privacy and comfort; and Hotels that take on tour-groups and non Tour-group. This will great help in hotel choice-making.

Fanatics hotel. Very clean with good service. The bed is comfortable. The hot springs is nice Recommend to stay here.

The hotel location is near Kobe Chinatown . Easy to find parking . The Onsen was well equipped. Is near to Harbourland .
