Ulasan Room V Kluang parade by SECOM

The room is quite spacious and clean. It is also near to terminal bus station and any other facilities that easy to access. But in my opinion, hotel management needs to repair the toilet seat, hairdryer and the wall. Also they need to variety the tv channel. Overall, rate is okay.

Room not so clean. Chair is dirty & not in good condition Wifi connection is really bad. Cant connect almost all the time But staff is friendly

The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the many nearby dining options within walking distance. The room is spacious but a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment, especially a fresh coat of paint. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often couldn’t connect to the internet. However, it’s a decent option for travelers who just need a place to sleep and store their luggage. The staff are friendly and helpful, which adds to the experience.

Hotel is linked to Kluang Parade and at the city centre. Near to many popular restaurants and 5 mins from the bus terminal. The rooms and alleyway are very old. Toilet was small and squeezy for 1 person too. The door is very loud when you close it so your neighbours may disturb your sleep if they checked in late at night.

This budget hotel is quite nice with affordable price. The accommodation was cozy, comfy and had both fan and air-cond but average cleanliness. Its location is great, surrounded by shops and eateries. The famous burger stall is just nearby.

This hotel is very affordable & worth the stay. Location is in the Kluang town and within Kluang Parade, plus surrounded by lots of eateries, it's really convenient! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, staffs were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Hotel ok

Strategic location in town centre. Walking distance to mall and restaurants and shops. We stay here 5/4/24 to 7/4/24 during Puasa month. There is bazaar nearby with many food stalls. This area is very happening , loud concert close to midnight. There traffic here is very busy , almost still when come to buka puasa time. Difficult to find street parking unless park at the mall with rm10 per the lobby staff. Personally prefer hotel with brighter colour instead dark green. The bed sheet got holes. The price is considered reasonable for budget hotel. Lobby staff are friendly . We will not consider to stay here in next visit.

Quite spacious as we booked family room. Attached with mall / supermarket.. pasar malam at night just next to the building.. parking is difficult but manageable.. overall ok

The best hotel ever if u wish to walk around the city. Very close to the mall of Kluang Parade, just next to. Easy to get food and others convenience shop. Room super clean, bed is so nice. Worth for the money

Great location and rooms was clean. Corridors provided with iron board and water dispenser. Rooms come with kettle and hair dryer. Toiletries need to request at counter. Overall worth for money

Hotel was big and very near makan area. Just one thing to improve is WiFi connection
