bilik besar katil besar kedai & medan selera dekat air shower laju ada bath tub cuma tiada kolam renang

Mmg terbaik…saya menginap 3 hari..hari2 blk dikemas dgn baik..cuma lobby under renovation…so agak pack…dan luggage bag terpksa diangkat utk ke lobby…overall..good service…

Semua baik saya hanya tidak suka cara staf mereka berkomunikasi dengan tamu. Bukan pertama kali saya ke sana.

Although there were some stain marks in the room window curtain and on the corridor carpet, my overall experience has been amicable. Location was excellent and the hotel was brightly lit at night. This gave me and my friends a sense of security when returning to the hotel at night. Bus terminal, shopping mall and good food are within walking distance.

The hotel's condition is poor. Although the exterior appears new, the interior, including rooms and common areas, is old, dirty, and has a damp smell. The rooms are in bad condition, with mold on the shower curtain and in the toilet area, and dust and mold on the living room curtains. Despite claims of renovations by the hotel reception, the state of the hotel does not reflect this.

Hotel staff were quick to respond over email regarding my request for an additional bed in the spacious room. Our go-to hotel whenever we visit Kluang for hikes! Not 100% cleanliness and amenities but good enough for 1-2nights of stay.

Bed is really comfortable, with many amenities like comb and toothbrush with toothpaste. My room comes with a fridge, a bathtub, and a super big balcony. Air-conditioning works really well. Services from the staff are excellent. The hotel is only rated 3.5 stars but I would like to award the hotel with 4 stars!

The room is hugh. The bathtub looks a bit dirty. The location is good. Near to many eateries, place of attraction and walking distance to the railway station. Will deff stay here again. Hope the bathroom will be more “clean up”

👍Spacious room. 👍The amenities was good. 👍The aircond was cold and well-function. 👍There was an iron in the room. 👍Easy parking and got smooth check in and check out. 👍The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in giving hotel information towards the customers. 👎The pillow was smell and too soft for me. 👎The spacious and cleanliness for the bathroom just so-so only. Hopefully, the staff can make an improvement in the future. Overall, i recommended to others if you want to stay here for short vacation in kluang. 😊
