I am happy with the affordable room rate to stay for my hiking trip to Gunung Lambak

The hotel location is good. But don't have car parking lot. Having to park my car over night along roadside felt rather unsecured. The toiletory item need improvement especially the shower gel & shampoo which came in small little sachets which is too little in quality. We end up using the hand soap to bath. Room lighting too dim and some part of the room has no lighting at all. Aircon shutdown by itself middle of the night.

So far so good and value for money . However no hairdryer or iron available. Air conditioning took some time to cool the room but eventually worked very well. Toilets are big and has good ventilation. Near to visiting places and shops .

Normal room but safety wise not really. No lift too, need to use stairs.

Located conveniently by driving within 5-15min to attractions

I booked this hotel for One Night Double Bed with window. This hotel restriction is tough! Only allowed checking in at 1400hrs. No early check in at all. I arrived early in the morning at 8am understand that I am too early. They told me 2pm. As it was raining heavily outside when I came back at 12.47 afternoon. And I asked if I can already do a slightly earlier check in. They wanted to charge me this 1 hour of early check in for $10MYR. Actually I most willing to give that $10MYR as a premium but this morning the staff told me that they were full house that why they couldn't accommodate my early check in. Now they want to charge a fee for it. Should they told me this morning, I would have paid for the few hours of premium fee for an early check in. Frankly speaking, this is a way of extortion on tourist..

Happy with the stay. Room is clean and water heater is functioning well. Free wifi signal is also strong.

The room is a bit small for a queen bed, hardly any space even to perform prayer but the bathroom is more than what you expected. Location is excellent due to its proximity to everything. Room is clean and they will call you to ask if you want the room to be clean. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel cantik Selesa Air cond boleh laras . Tapi kapet rasa berhabuk. Bau habuk. Selimut melekit. Bergetah. Jadi kami tak guna. Toilet sangat cantik dan bersih. Cuma bahagian shower lantainya kotor. Pintu toilet tak boleh kunci.

酒店地點非常的方便，一上電梯直接到購物商場不需要人擠人。房間非常乾淨，服務態度+服務速度也非常的快。非常的滿意。衹是早餐不建議吃太多天因為有點小膩，但其他的都非常的滿意也非常建議大家來住因為它是個非常新的酒店!
