Arda and Halil are amazing! We had the pleasure of being served by Arda during our vacation, and he truly made our stay even better. Arda is kind, confident, very attentive, and always had a smile on his face. He took care of everything quickly and made us feel welcome every time. Hope to see him working here again next year!

-good food, lots of fun, plenty of sunbeds, beautiful gardens. -the beach is rocky, the staff doesn't speak much English.

Arda and hail were excellent at the patisserie. Definitely worth a visit as it's tucked away around from the main snack bar.

Great holiday, resort is very chill and loads of sunbeds around the pools and beach. Food is more on the Turkish side but there is plenty of pizza. Patisserie is fantastic for coffee, we were well looked after by Arda and Halil.

Arda and Halil are very kind and helpful people, they are very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend it. I'll be back here next year.

We are just back from a 1 week holiday at asteria family resort in Side. We are a family of 6. When we arrived late at night the reception staff (older male bald) was very rude he couldn’t find our booking and when he did he said we were down as a family of 3 and started having a go at us and I was showing proof of my booking that we were a family of 6 and a family room was booked. After a long day of travelling we didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to us but we’re finally given the room key cards. There was no family rooms left so we were split up into 2 rooms. We weren’t on same floor but in same block. Given the not so great start we were abit apprehensive but went to rooms and found them to be super clean and comfortable. Air con worked brilliantly and there was bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us. We had a quick walk round hotel but went to bed as we were all tired from travelling, The pools are amazing, my girls loved the water slides. I had seen a previous review saying only older 10s were allowed but all my children were allowed on and youngest is 5 years old. We spent most our days at the water slide pool. There was some sun beds left around 8.00am but after this time you will struggle to find one until late afternoon. The mini water park area is great for little ones I would say up to age 8. Food was amazing I wasn’t expecting much but we were all pleasantly surprised, I have children on the spectrum and they found plenty foods they could eat. Our favourite place was the beach restaurant/bar which opens daily 12-4, it’s absolutely gorgeous and serves the best lunches. We visited the hotels beach every day which again is lovely. If you stay at this hotel and are able too I highly recommend getting a taxi into Side old town it’s the most beautiful place we spent a couple of nights there for the markets. If you are looking for a reasonable priced holiday for your kids I recommend. The only negatives we found were the rude hotel staff at reception, the safes in rooms didn’t work and had to call reception every day for their technician to come and open for us but apart from that we all had a lovely stay and would return.

Perfect for all families. Despite having requested and had confirmation of adjoining rooms they were not available. Reception staff were really helpful and the next morning moved us to better accommodation. It’s not the 5* that we’re used to but good enough for a quick holiday with three teenagers.

I am currently staying at the hotel, and overall, everything has been wonderful. The room is clean, the meals are excellent with a wide variety of options, and there are continuous entertainment activities for the children, which we truly appreciate. However, I would like to mention an issue with the shower in our room. The water temperature is either too hot or too cold, with no stable middle point, and this occurs consistently regardless of the time of day or night. It may be a problem specific to our room. If this issue were resolved, our stay would undoubtedly be rated as excellent.

This was our first time at the hotel and we loved it. We were delighted by the hotel's sea view, atmosphere, and abundance of green spaces. It's also a short distance from the city center.It's a really nice hotel where you can come with your family and your girlfriend. It's quiet and has down-to-earth people. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the rooms are very clean. I really want to come again. The animation team is very friendly and has many activities.

The hotel is with a delightful vegetation, small villas, surrounded by flowers, palm trees, oleanders, ok room, daily cleaning maybe a little small for a 5 star hotel, but for us it was very ok. Plus for this hotel lounge bar beach, which operates 24/7, it's the first time I've met this concept for a beach bar! Then lobby bar, where you could serve cocktails prepared by Sabri, to whom we thank for his kindness and skill!! Ok evening program, good, tasty food, in the evening they even had more special dishes.

The hotel is not bad, rooms are old, wifi is everywhere. Food asortiment is small. Arda and Halil are the best personal workers!!!

we travelled 14/06- 21/06 stayed in block 1508 travelled via easy jet holidays 3rd time to Antalya 2nd time to side transfer 2hrs 30mins did not realise it would be this long Pros most staff very friendly special shout out to the lady that cleaned the toilets during the day at the middle pool bar very friendly and did her job well food main restaurant very good a lot of choices turkey chicken fish pasta stews salad cakes. breakfast the usual was also good except cold but we used the microwave snack bar main pool and beach bar chicken kebabs pasta pizza chips salad fruit ice screams waffles beach nice but not soft sand wish they would not use plastic straws as we picked up 30 off the beach as its a turtle nesting site room clean cleaner came daily, kettle and cups and tea and coffee with whitener. water was not replenished in the room not an issue as numerous fridge's through out the complex contain water. aircon good we were on the ground floor even though we emailed requesting an upper floor but it was quiet at night. pools warm and clean, slides in lower pool. always found a sun longer. free beach towels from the spa grounds well maintained and hammock's in shade to chill scattered everywhere outside the hotel alot of bazars barter to get prices down, at the end of the road looks like a disused shopping we went on last day and it was like a huge shopping centre selling higher end clothing bit pricier but better quality than what we had seen no bartering in this shop. entertainment good but predominately catered for the Russians who took over best entertainment was the masquerade show Weather very hot and wall to wall sunshine Cons reception staff when we arrived were miserable and could not find out booking there was no smile or hello welcome to the asteria which we have had in other turkish hotels we have stayed in. finally they found the booking and then had a wait for the golf buggy seemed ages waiting i could have found the room myself in quicker time. finally he arrived to take us to our room, he gave us a tour of the complex which was nice but then stopped at the spa to be mithered to book for a spa not what you want when you have been traveling all day we were not interested felt like we were being pestered. This place is Full of Russians id say 90% we were the only brits for 3 days so we do not think this place was for the British market and later nigh time entertainment catered for the Russians. Night time bar one of the worse you queue for around 10 mins with sometimes only 1 bar man serving saw a lot of Russians pushing in and getting served we tried this and told to go to end of queue felt like it was one rule for one and and one for another this is mainly how we felt the Russians were being more catered for. after 4 days there appeared to be more bar staff which was greatly needed travel rep lokman ring me asking why i had not attended the welcome meeting we do our own thing on holiday but insisting selling
