Fully honest review from a couple in their mid - late 40s. I usually write witty reviews on all hotels but this one doesn't deserve one. Firstly nowhere near 5* Hotel more a basic Turkish rated 3*. All inclusive, more like a hotel that want's to be a limited all inclusive, I will elaborate. All the Al a Carte restaurants shut on the 15th of September, didn't know that until we got there. (Love Holidays will be contacted on selling seasonal hotels without telling people). There are 2 bars in reception area, one has a coffee machine and fizzy drinks the other is shut and never opened in the 10 days we was there. Bar (well a closed shutter in the water slide area), coffee machine worked. Relax pool bar, served fizzy drinks, coffee machine and beer on draft. The Green Bar, same as the relax bar. So by now you might have twigged there's no mention of Spirit's, that's because the ONLY bar that serves spirits is the main pool bar. This bar is monitored by only 1 member of staff and the queues are 20 people deep at all times. There are always 3-4 members of staff there but hang around doing nothing. Even when they ran out of vodka they refused to fetch any and tried passing Gin off as vodka. At this point I had to get customer relations involved twice. TIP: Hotel people if you are reading this have the fizzy drinks and beer on tap so that customers can serve themselves and stop people getting irate at the lack of service. Main restaurant has a bar and serves some spirits, beer and soft drinks. Some table waiters will bring you drinks for tips otherwise you go up the bar it's your choice. Food - Before I slate the food please take note that Dinner is advertised 19:00hrs start. Absolute rubbish, people are allowed in from 18:45hrs and all the nicer outside tables are taken by people who tip waiters to have drinks already on them. So now onto the food seriously I have no idea who they try to cater for. Turkish night they served semi raw chicken kebabs. They pop them on a spit just before dinner service and expect them to be cooked. They cut pieces off and cook on the hot plate, well part cook. The lamb kofta all gets mass cooked and then left on trays to go cold before they change the serving plates. We lived on chip butties most the time. 5 days of Turkey stew, casserole, wood stew you can call it whatever but its still the same poxy dish rewarmed for lunch and dinner on a daily basis. This was one of many dishes that seemed to last a week. Breakfast is a no go there's one toaster (when its working) and has a longer queue than the pool bar. Yes I'm English, yes I've been to Turkey in the triple figures now, no I'm not a fussy eater and I don't expect English food, I usually go to Turkish soup kitchens (none near by here shame they would make a killing). Tip: Green bar serves pizza from 14:30 - 16:00hrs freshly made but it's like a swarm of none mannered locus when they get served up. Also the fresh doughnut stand is nice 16:00 - 18:00.
