This hotel is simply amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean and safe. The old town is next door and theme park. 15 mins to Disney and 25 to universal etc. 1hr from Busch gardens and cocoa beach so pretty central. The 1 bedroom rooms are huge, sleep 6 in 3 beds. It’s like a small villa, with everything you need, including iron, board and hairdryer. Maid service every two days. Nothing was too much trouble. Maintenance guys very responsive for any issues. The grounds are well kept and the pools are lovely. Free parking next to your room. 2 air con units which work great. If you are unsure where to stay in Orlando, trust my words - for a family, this hotel has everything you need, and anything you may need is on your doorstep. I spent hours looking at reviews as I am so fussy but this place ticked all the boxes and lived up to the expectations. D block is quiet yet right near old town and still safe from the main roads and noise. The hotel manager Brian is an absolute credit to the industry - he was amazing for us and we had the best holiday. So thank you.

Think of a good place, with good and caring people. The stay was very good, clean room, has a kitchen and living room that makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it! They are attentive and helpful, they help you and offer various treats and facilities. Not to mention the location, which is very good! Pensa em um lugar bom, de pessoas boas e solicitas. A estadia foi muito boa, quarto limpo, tem uma cozinha e sala que te faz sentir em casa. Super indico! Eles são atenciosos e prestativos, te ajudam e oferencem vários mimos e facilidades. Sem contar a localização que é muito boa!

Excellent accommodation. Very close to the parks. The service team is very helpful and friendly, especially Lucas, who served us very well. I recommend it to everyone. You can also receive Amazon products. The rooms are large and have an excellent kitchen.

The best hotel experience on Kissimmee no doubt bilingual workers gym mini golf it’s close by old town and fun spot every sector of rooms has a pool very fun comfortable rooms bed tv’s with Roku and many more stuff it’s a really good choice if you looking for a vacation on Florida

Wonderful hotel, we felt at home, reception, excellent room service. Impeccable cleanliness, kitchen to make some meals, two televisions, very satisfactory. We stayed two weeks and we were served as if we were in our country. The hotel really deserves full marks due to its location, close to the Disney Parks, all close and easily accessible.

Amazing hotel, as well as the entire support team. We had an incredible experience during our days that we were staying where we had 24hr support . All the receptionist were kind and very attentive with us. No doubt that in our next time in the Orlando, we’ll stay there again.

Stayed one night as part of a road trip in a renovated room. All requests were met, good value and you can just walk across to the Old Town. Imagine this is great for those families looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the parks. Don't miss the car shows on Fri/Sat

Todo estuvo excelente desde que entramos a dar check in hasta housekeeping todos fueron muy atentos. Loved it ❤️ they were absolutely very nice and attentive from the front desk to the housekeeping department ❤️Rooms were very clean and bright . ❤️ 3rd time staying here and they never missed everything very nice thank you 😊

Great location, near the Disney World, and a lot of Stores, Malls and Outlets! One of the best hotels for Brazilians with a attentive staff , who speak Portuguese! Special thanks to Yago, who helped us at check-in, who was very attentive and helpful! We will be back again!

Excellent facilities. We travelled as a couple but were but in a two bedroom suite which gave us a choice of 5 beds. 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen with microwave, stove top and great big fridge freezer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property near but not in the main park areas. Old Town is on the doorstep with access to a range of resturants and shops.
