Keith was a pleasant host, unintrusive and polite. Rooms were ok, clean and tidy... maybe a little on the small side but manageable. Shower in the room was in good condition and clean. The toilet is a shared one and away from the room, aside from that it is clean and tidy and smelled good. There is no breakfast served here, which i knew about because i took the time to read the booking details. My only suggestion would be to perhaps think about rebranding as a guest house rather than a bed and breakfast as it seems to still confuse some people despite it being clearly stated as room only. I would be happy to stay here again, can't argue with the price!

Family room...not enough plug sockets, unlevel toilet seat, inadequate kettle, blackout blinds needed...host not very informative but nice enough..the only B+B I've been to that doesn't do breakfast...paid £33 pppn won't be coming back
