Hull North

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hotel is located right next to the retail park. Breakfast buffet was very affordable with a great selection too.

Very friendly staff and nice comfy rooms. Check in was simple and efficient and the eating facilities looked good, although we did not eat there. However, we did have a drink at the bar later in the evening. Thank you.

Everything was great here during our stay. We could open the window, the room had been properly cleaned (unlike at a different Premier Inn the previous evening), although it was slightly hot for me but my wife was happy with the temperature. Beds very comfortable and excellent TV despite some occasional pixellation on HD channels. The staff here are exceptional, can't do enough for you, brilliant!

From the point of parking on the Friday night to the check out the on the Sunday morning. This was an excellent stay. The staff were friendly from the welcome to the check out. The breakfast was great and my sleep was excellent. Thank you, I'll be coming back.

Stayed DB&B for one night. Check in fine. Room Ok. Everything worked. Took bath at 11.00 pm and noticed that from this low angle, there was brown splattering on the nearside of the toilet bowl and on the wall. Examined this closer and came to the conclusion is was excrement that had not been clean off from a previous occupancy. Went down to reception. Three employees there. Explained the concern. They stared at me then one woman said that she would 'come and clean it.' No other conversation. No apology. Nothing. I went back up to the room and two women appeared. One cleaned the mess in silence while the other just looked on. They left without a word. Perhaps this is something that they encounter a lot so it was not that unusual and hence no communication or apology. On checking out next morning, one of the women from the night before was at reception along with a new woman. The latter asked me how my stay was. I explained. She said 'Oh!' No further comment, no apology. Nothing. I completed the online survey sent by Premier Inn. Detailed my experience and concerns and asked themn to contact me. To date - no response. Terrible customer care and cleanliness

Lots of free parking out side the hotel, lovely staff, lovely room, very clean, excellent temperature control in the room. Great big desk to work from, slept like a log. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it.

We needed a hotel that was of a good standard and close to where we were working, this hotel was fantastic on both counts, had a perfect nights sleep after a busy day working and the food and service was exceptional, had one minor blip on day of arrival when the Fire Brigade were called but these things happen, overall it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

Great hotel caring friendly staff who go above and beyond for you made a last min stay very easy went out there way to accommodate us clean and tidy room temp was perfect everything was welcoming plenty signs to were need be

I was staying for 5 nights due to work, I suffer with anxiety and was extremely anxious about being solo and eating in the restaurant. The ladies that worked in the reception during my stay were fantastic, they really made a huge difference to my stay. The restaurant side was not great and when I spoke to the manager he put all the blame on the receptionists (utter nonsense as I was informed by the staff they are possibly being taken over and the amount of people working has been reduced to make the numbers appear better) it was more than obvious the hotel guests were in no way a priority and the service was non existent) from a very thankful guest who stayed in room 109, 214 and 206 (extended stay hence different rooms.). The reception team are a true asset to the hotel.
