Poor service and poor training for their staffs. I have tried different hotels in Vinh Phuc in these years and DIC is the worst one, Westlake is much better service and view . This morning we found hair on the fruits.

酒店較為安靜，房間衞生及面積還好，早餐很不錯，比較豐富，各種類別都有，可以適應各地的客人，是一個亮點，位置周邊環境有所欠缺

前台接待服務熱情，可惜沒有會説中文，附近吃東西不方便位置比較偏，自助早餐品類非常多，整體還是非常不錯

到永福出差大部分都住這家酒店。總體來説性價比還不錯。周邊自然環境不錯，酒店衞生也很好。不足的是疫情過後來這家酒店泳池永遠都是關閉的。另外酒店離超市稍微遠了一點,。
