Agak jauh dari pelabuhan, tapi saya pikir ini bisa menjadi keuntungan atau kerugian.Saya lebih suka jauh dari jalan-jalan yang sibuk dan menuju Sunset Point. Semua stafnya baik, fasilitasnya lucu semua, dan terawat rapi dibandingkan usianya. Dan yang paling penting, kucingnya lucu, baik dan imut....

Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team. We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in. Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived. We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night. Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room. On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too. Highly recommended.

Awesome stay, the pool was fantastic with a good little honesty bar and spa. The breakfast had so much choice and the staff were very helpful. Little surprises throughout the day were a bonus from snacks to spa vouchers and turn downs. Location was great away from the main port area but a great beach bar for the sunset, DJ, saxophone and fire dancing. The beach was quite tidal at that end but it really didn’t matter because you hire a pink bike and explore.

We had a two night stay in PinkCoco and we highly reccomend this place. Nice and clean rooms, great pool and a big thanks we want to give to Niluh who is one of the best restaurant services we met during our 2 weeks trip in Bali and who serviert as dueing our sun set drinks/dinner. But also the reception and the "gifts" you get during the day are just great! Next time in Gili T we would chose the same place again!

Fantastic hotel, exceeded our expectations! The rooms are very spacious stayed in the Casa Nostra suite 2 nights which was fantastic, we then completed the rest of our stay another 4 nights in the grande room due to what was available. Both rooms were fantastic, plenty of space, comfy beds, large day beds and the best part all the surprises that adds that magical touch! All staff are very accommodating, Juwita was especially very friendly, and always took time to have a chat with us. Food and drinks were delicious great choice and reasonably priced. The resort is set on prime sunset location and away from the main party hub. Hire a pink bike and see the sites of Gili T, you won’t be disappointed!

I never leave reviews (good or bad) so the fact that I’m writing this whilst still on holiday is a testament to how fabulous this place is. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated (don’t be put off by the pink - it all adds to the atmosphere) and we stayed in a Grande room which was on the edge of the pool - perfect for lazy pool days. The intention of our trip was to catch up with R & R so didn’t want to do any activities but the staff will help arrange anything that you want to do. There is a beach club just across the road and the first couple of rows of bean bags are reserved for hotel guest so you always get the best spot to watch the sunset, listen to the DJ and watch the entertainment. The food is delicious with hearty sized portions. For the difference in price, I highly recommend getting the breakfast package - so much choice and is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There is a spa which offers a whole range of treatments and although I didn’t have a massage etc, I did get gel polish done for around £5! I was very impressed with the very professional result. There are some amazing and thoughtful touches that you don’t expect or get with any other hotel (well, not where I’ve stayed). The staff leave little gifts on your bed for when you come in at night (cookies, face masks, hair accessories, plush turtle) and messages on your bathroom mirror. There is an Honesty Bar on the poolside which stocks beers, drinks, and snacks - just write down what you’ve taken and settle up later (please be honest). The staff bring little free snacks to the pool area at least 4 times a day - little sweet tarts, sandwiches, sushi - with smoothie shots in the morning and alcoholic ones in the afternoon. But what makes this place exceptional, is the staff. We spent 3 nights at the PinkCoco and from the moment we arrived to the day we left we were treated like royalty. They do everything with passion, respect, and go above and beyond to help. However, there are 3 people that were exceptional at their jobs and the PinkCoco would not be the place that it is without them - Niluh, Deng and especially the amazing Juwita. Thanks to them, our stay at PinkCoco will always be special, memorable and will ensure our return visit.

We stayed at Pinkcoco Hotel for 4 nights, and as with any hotel or restaurant or whenever you go ,unexpected issues can happen, right? What really matters is how the staff handles these moments, and Pinkcoco was outstanding at this When we left, both my girlfriend and I were impressed by the service! The team made us feel like they truly cared about our experience and were dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible After we checked out and moved to another hotel, my girlfriend already missed the Pinkcoco vibe and that level of service—and to be honest, I did too! I’ve never experienced anything quite like it Thank you, PinkCoco team!

What a fun stay!!!! Location: perfect location in Gili T - just away enough from the hustle and bustle. In a more relaxed and mature area of the island. Best spot for sunsets. Rooms: lots of homely touches to make the space feel so warm and welcome. Cleanliness: the rooms, bedding and bathrooms were super clean. And a daily cleaning service was offered. Unfortunately the bathrooms did develop a drain smell in the evenings (probably a given all over the island). Staff: all staff are so happy and helpful. Yuni was the most phenomenal person - she organized our transfers, activities and sundowner bookings. And she checked up on us daily to see if we were enjoying ourselves. Food: an array of foods to order from breakfast to dinner. And grand coffee and cocktails! Activities: Spa - I had a back massage and a facial - great prices and very relaxing. Very professional staff too. Bicycles were offered, boat ride and all other activities can be arranged there! ***Best part- the best sunset drinks and fire dance! That was definitely the highlight to our trips. A truly unforgettable event and one not to miss! Lots of surprises during your stay!: snacks and fresh drinks were offered for free daily! A inspirational message and a gift was left on our bed each evening. It made us feel so loved and special! Thank you PinkCoco!

There’s too many positives to list but I will try: first and foremost the attention to detail and the customer service is PHENOMENAL - you feel so well catered and cared for by everyone, in particular Yuni (one of the managers on site) who was able to help with every booking and every need - she was an absolute pleasure to deal with; secondly the location for the beautiful sunsets and being far enough away from the busy-ness around the harbour; the pool area and spa were great; the coffee, food and cocktails delicious. The only downside was the bathroom developing a musty/stale water smell until some incense or air freshener was brought in during the usual room service, but this is more than made up for by the excellent service.

The room was amazing. The staff was friendly and juwita took good care . Loved the sunset ans fire dance as well. Cocktails and food was best ... Location was def amazing. Gili is famous for its parties as well. So it's must try if u visit bali....
