The stuff were friendly and polite, and explained all the details when we arrived. The room was tidy and had a massive TV. The place is about 20 mins from Bath and probably 10-15 from Bristol (I didnt go that way). It is about 1km walk (Downhill) to the train station, and is on the main road so 2 mins to bus stops for around the area. There is a Hungry Horse pub within 2 minutes walk. All in all the place was nice place to stay and the breakfast (included) was very tasty. Just of note, this place is right next to the A36 which is a very busy road, and our room was looking onto this road, even with the windows shut the traffic noise was loud, so if I stayed here again I would request a room at the rear if possible
