Dream of heaven? Come here. Amazing hotel with amazing staff. View, swimming pool, even customised cosmetics in the bathroom of the room. Thanks for this unique experience. Great place to stay! I'm sure I'll be back

The room has a very beautiful color scheme. The sea is just across the road from the window. The view is beautiful and not noisy at night. There is a small living room (with a sofa bed) and a kitchen. The kitchenware is complete and very practical. There is a free parking space and it is also close to the supermarket. It only costs a dozen dollars to take a taxi to popular attractions (such as Hemingway's former residence). The only problem is that the quilt at night is very thin, similar to a blanket, and it is a bit cold. You need to ask the hotel for an extra quilt. But overall, I am very satisfied and I will probably come again next time.

I'm very satisfied with the hotel's location/facilities/services. It has its own swimming pool. The room layout is reasonable. The living room and living room are separated on both sides of the kitchen. There is also a sea view. The kitchen equipment and supplies are high-grade and easy to use. They are all available. We stayed for two nights and it was very good. Unforgettable, including the severe power outage in the Keywest area on the morning of departure. Comfortable and an amazing heated pool! So often I have been let down by a pool that is too cold, this was heated to perfection! The cleaning was of a high standard. Reception staff friendly and helpful. This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 4 adults, 3 children. We had a duplex on the 4th floor. Amazing balcony and also a roof top terrace! I would really recommend the Laureate, the cost of uber into the city of key west is cheaper than car parking. Lots of people hire golf buggies - we would consider this next time. Laundry facilities are excellent too, so helpful with young children. And if you didn’t already sense my appreciation, Key West is an AMAZING place for a vacation! Thank you Laureate staff, 5 stars from me!

This location is just an Uber ride to Duval. The view of the beach across the street is beautiful, and it's quiet at night. The price was okay but we selected a room with two queen beds and a pull out because we had three people that needed separate sleeping arrangements. The pull out couch bed was so disgusting nobody could sleep on it. Besides that the place was overall okay. We looked at trying to extend it a night and the rates went from $400 a night to $900. It is certainly not worth $900. Ended up staying an extra night over in Marathon key and a Marriott courtyard resort that was fantastic. I guess to summarize, this place is a fair value but just know what you're getting into before you get here.

Amazing room! Big room! Amazing free slippers! Large variety of pillows. Functional kitchen. Amazing room service. Free bottle of water. Beautiful decoration. Loved it! Would recommend! Beautiful pool. The best hotel I’ve been to! Recommend. Good spot and good quality!

Bed Bugs in Room 306, stayed with my wife and she and my daughter both got many bites during our stay. Management claims that a third party did an inspection after we checked and that it turned up no bed bugs, but when I asked for the report I was told that they are not able to divulge that. - It's not like this is top secret super classified information. - If they won't send the report it's for one of two reasons 1) no such report exists as they didn't have any one come out to do anything or more likely 2) there is a report that shows the massive infestation that I know to be there. Either way stay at your own risk.
