Great location and awesome concierge. Room was hot, even with air con and fan on max though. Walls were thin too with noise carrying over from room next door.

Highly recommended the service was excellent. Nice beautiful beach view spending my 15 year anniversary with my wife.  highly recommend staying there again

휴양지라 가격은 조금 비쌌지만 비싼만큼 직원들 모두 친절하고 호텔 내의 시설이 너무나 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 좋습니다.

真的差，千萬不要選擇

The hotel was clean, we were told our room was ready and when we got to it, the cleaning lady was using the bathroom. Housekeeping skipped over us at times and we had to request service. The outside tables are preset with napkins and silverware and pigeons walk on the table which includes your napkin and silverware. Female Bartender was a bit gruff. We wound up trying the sister property Casa Marina and found that to be a better experience.

The reason I chose this hotel was because it was right on the beach, had ocean views, and a restaraunt. I didn't have to leave the whole time! I had a ocean view room and got a free upgrade to ocean view suite, which was a nice bonus! There was a problem with the elevator and it was resolved in less than an hour so that was pretty awesome If I come back to Key West, I'll definitely stay here again!

Our family of four stayed at The Reach and absolutely LOVED it - highly recommend. Was not crowded - beautiful beach and the pool was the perfect temperature. There are outdoor games and amenities like outdoor chess, hammocks, corn hole, etc. While in Key West we did a private boat ride and rented a golf cart two of the days to explore Key West. There's so much to do within walking distance and getting to dinner quickly via Uber was easy peasy. We will definitely be back.

Liked the beach. Liked the near access to the trolley. Liked the restaurant -- excellent dinners, though expensive. Did not like the mechanical condition of the property -- AC failure in first room (had to change); no hot water two mornings and one afternoon in next room.

A great place to stay that is a short walk from Duval St and all tha Key West has to offer. We have stayed here multiple times and it is always an enjoyable experience. The only complaint I have is the maintenance crew doing palm tree work at 4am with an aluminum ladder. It was so incredibly loud it awakened several guests, my wife and myself. There were several of us out on our balconys lookong on with disbelief as to what was actually happening.

We loved staying at The Reach! The beach and pool area was beautiful and the staff is so kind and friendly! We will be back!

Dining at the resort was over priced and staff under manned causing service to be terribly slow.

Amazing property with beachfront, refreshing pool, area to relax and hang out. Very good location, steps from Duval street, grocery, food, coffee, water activities and a great staff. Would stay here again!
