Hotel was so nice! Beds were comfy, bathroom was spotless and room was big. Breakfast was delicious.

酒店環境相當好。房間也舒適。酒店位於小鎮的邊緣上，很容易找。服務員熱情有禮。早餐是現煮的，要提前一個晚上告訴前台食早餐時間這樣便於他們安排。很多停車位隨便停。
如果人多也可以訂個apartment, 與酒店同在一個地方。車也可以開到樓下，非常方便。

We had our wedding in the Sneem Hotel on the 7th June. It was the most magical day. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming. Our day ran so smoothly and perfect and this is all down to Louise, Jenna, Nicola and all the staff in the hotel. The most beautiful location in Kerry. The food was amazing! The Beds are extremely comfortable. All our guests were blown away by the hotel and the staff and the super friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere. I cannot reccommend Sneem Hotel enough. I would highly reccomend Sneem Hotel for your wedding day. You will not be disapointed.

From the moment we checked into the Sneem hotel we were treated like royalty we booked a 2 bedroom apartment which is just a stone throw from the main hotel and it was just lovely. We went for breakfast on our first morning and Mary was just amazing, nothing was too big of an ask for Mary it was just fabulous as we’re all the staff big thank you to Lourdes who look after us for dinner on our second evening. Nicola the manager was also amazing and really looked after us, all your staff are a credit to you. The Sneem hotel is idyllic when Sneem only a 5 minute walk away where you can explore the local craft shops and stop for a dreamy coffee. The Sneem hotel really does have it all we had a ball of a time and we are already planning our next trip see you all soon, love Susan, Lyn and Ciara ☺️

We had a balcony room and it was gorgeous. Spacious and bright, plenty of seating with a tv, tea/coffee making facilities, free bottle of water, slippers and dressing gowns. The bed was lovely and soft and so comfortable. The balcony was my favourite part, table and two chairs and a lounger. Gorgeous view of the cove and mountains and privacy hedging on both sides. The staff in the bar were lovely and friendly despite being pretty busy all weekend, food was lovely, and in the sunshine that terrace is the only place to be. Hotel is within walking distance of the village which has a shop, pharmacy, pubs, and other shops to enjoy. Ideally located on the Ring of Kerry, Killarney is an hour away, Waterville 45 mins.

Outstanding location and again great stay. I am a regular guest here with my wife but on this occassion I had party of 4 . We bòked 4 single rooms at a great price. We are all retiered from the same company and I have to say we were very well looked after. I requested a room change for 1 of my party at very short notice as he requiered a walk in shower. Arranged with absolutly no question. Top class service. Thank you

Nice facilities, attractive comfortable room and lovely setting. Good food in the dining area. A nice stay in all ways... but one. I reserved a nice room for two nights on the room-only rate, NOT the bed and breakfast plan. At check-in the clerk said we "were entitled to two breakfasts and one dinner". I clarified we were not on the room + meal plan yet they insisted we were "entitled" to the meals. So we ate there and enjoyed it just fine - no bill was presented for the meals. Upon checking out though we learned the cost of our two night stay had increased 50%, a large amount indeed, even though we had not requested that plan. I contacted the hotel via email and got no reply at all. The manager sent out the standard "please let us know what could have made your stay better" solicitation. I wrote again about this issue but never received a reply. So I am mixed about this hotel. It was nice (though Sneem itself is unremarkable) but the sneaky up-charge left a bad taste in my mouth.

Stayed here last month, absolutely fabulous hotel, we had breakfast and dinner, it was the nicest breakfast I ever had in a hotel, the choices were amazing, all the staff very hard working, I left my wallet behind and the lady on reception was very kind and got it sorted for me, I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was excellent and so kind to me, we will definitely return
