Old Irish Farmhouse

Loved every minute of our stay and we stayed three nights. Amazing ocean view from very comfortable bed, ensuite clean and recently renovated. Array of options for breakfast which was self service which allowed for greater freedom of our time. Ellie our host was very friendly and helpful with good humour. Hiked up mountain at rear of farm to enjoy views, cuddled Lambs, patted sheep and sheep dogs. Great experience.

Spent one night at this Isolated B&B outside of Dingle. Not owner-occupied. Host is part-time. Breakfast is self-serve. No guidance or other assistance provided for kitchen. It's a long way down a very narrow road (typical of Ireland) from Dingle. If you want to take advantage of the entertainment in Dingle, you are better off booking accommodations near town. Was jealous over-hearing other visitors praise their hosts at their B&B for their consideration and assistance. We did not enjoy that experience. If you want a clear ocean view and a quiet isolated spot, this will suffice.

On our arrival, the farmer who welcomed us was not the most agreable person, you could expect. We had book a sea view room large. End up at the back of the house with sea view on corner over the car park. We were then showed the common area where we would be expected to do our own breakfeast without forgetting to fill up the dishwasher… This is more like a backpaker stopover then a B&B All this experience for a modest 170 euros. Absolutely scandalous.
