I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

Stayed 2 nights here as part of a cycling tour, it is a very comfortable clean hotel with a huge pool and good food. Bed was comfortable and it had a good shower. Nice pool side bar and restaurant. Well worth a visit to Rabbit Island and the Crab Markets. The Lida Khmer massage that comes and gives in room massages is also excellent.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of Cambodia. Comfortable room, wonderful views from the rooftop restaurant/bar over the bay. Large, clean pool that the children really enjoyed. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Super chambre, belle piscine , très bon restaurant. Ils nous ont même préparé des paninis à emporter pour le petit déjeuner car nous partions à 5h du matin pour le Vietnam. Seul bémol le réceptionniste qui court vérifier la chambre avant de nous laisser partir. Un vraiment bel hôtel auquel il manque juste un manager professionnel pour recadrer un peu le personnel de l'hôtel et réparer des détails comme la douchette des toilettes éteinte car elle fuit, le coffre fort qui ne fonctionne pas, le telephone non plus, la baie vitrée très dure à fermer...Beau décor et magnifique vue du balcon sur la mer et les petites îles de kep. Au resto le serveur parfait et le chef cuisine très bien. Prix correct un peu plus cher qu'ailleurs au resto mais c'est très bon et bien servi. Nous reviendrons.
