Sehr nettes Personal. Unterkunft ist jetzt nichts hochwertiges, eher etwas älter, aber für 1-2 Nächte ok. Frühstück und Restaurant top.

Excellent staff. Room a little cramped.

A truly awful experience, we stayed after a long day at Europark, we booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Having requested them close to each other we found they were on opposite sides of the hotel. Worse than that the bar & restaurant were closed when we arrived at 7.45pm. We went out and returned at 9.15pm to find the front door locked & no Porter. We looked on the website to find night access doors to the rooms and there were 3. We entered after a long external circumference walk in the dark the section where our triple room was. We then found you couldn't access the our other room from I side the hotel. We had to again go outside and search for another access door to those rooms walking around the outside of the hotel again in the dark. Truly bizarre & just dangerous. Rooms Curtain rail needed three curtains only had two.

Insgesamt eine Katastrophe. Die Dame am Check in war freundlich. Schön, dass wir schwimmen gehen konnten. Sauberkeit unterste Schublade: der Frühstücksraum rieht nach alten Turnschuhen. Haare und abgeknipste Fussnägel im Bad verteilt. Sommerdecken im Winter. Unterm Bett eine cm dicke Staubschicht. Kaffeemaschine wird beim Frühstück um Punkt 9:30 zugemacht während der Saal noch voller Leute ist und das Buffet noch steht. Peinlich.

Das Personal war freundlich aber die Organisation ist nicht perfekt. Zunächst fehlte die Buchung - wir bekamen das letzte Zimmer (4Bett anstatt 2-Bett ) Der Saunabesuch war abenteuerlich , da wir nicht mehr zurück in den Hotelbereich kamen und so über den Nachtzugang wieder in das Hotel mussten - nicht so schön ,wenn man aus der Sauna kommt. Der Hotelbereich ist jüngst renoviert worden auch die Zimmer soweit okay, aber die Organisation gehört optimiert.

Nous sommes arrivés le lundi soir et la réception nous dit que le restaurant est fermé le lundi soir dans les alentours rien d’intéressant fermeture très tôt nous avons voulu réserver pour le mardi soir et le restaurant était complet avec un hôtel avec autant de chambre et avoir huit tables dans un restaurant il y a quand même un Problème 2 0 efforts pour communiquer nous sommes allés en famille avec des enfants nous ne pouvions même pas acheter de lot heureusement que nous avions de la réserve dans notre véhicule nous inous y retournerons en tout cas pas

Hotel froid et peu accueillant. Qualité de la literie mediocre.

Bon séjour, personnel très gentils, dommage personne ne parle français !
