Warning Be Aware!!! Holiday date 19/08/25 think twice or several times before booking your holiday with Teletext holidays. Teletext holidays had booked a nightmare holiday from the start to finish for me and my wife's anniversary The package holiday from Birmingham (UK) to Antalya (Turkey) The flights were fine When arrived at Antalya airport at 23:10, the desk we were told to attend for our transfers didn't ever have any booking.for us. It was very difficult to communicate as no one spoke english. We managed to find someone who spoke abit of english. He explained, we had to wait upto 90 minutes for the shuttle transfers A car arrived at 01.00 who had pickup another customer arriving in a later flight When we arrived at Alexius beech hotel From the outside the hotel looked ok. I wouldn't say it looked 4 star There was no security on the front gate which was fully open. The staff was present but didn't speak english. We were show to our room which was on the 4th floor Some lights working in the hallway The room 406 had 2 bedrooms with shower. The toilet and basin seat opposite each other. You could use the toilet and brush your teeth at the same timer Hygiene was very poor Temp in the room was around 24c Very hot and.humid but the air conditioner wasn't working. Blanket and bed sheet were stained Back board was broken, floorboards were split and no curtains to stop the light coming in. The electric sockets weren't working. Just find one which was working. Naked wires were hanging out Shower room and the toilet was dirty. I went down to.reception for help but the staff didn't speak english and wasn't helpful at all. He said tomorrow. I went backup and we slept in the second room, on single beds were the air conditioner was working. Following day we had a shower whick was great, water pressure great and hot. Food times Breakfast at 8-10am Lunchtime at 12.30-1400 Teatime at 1600-1630 Dinner at 1900-2200 This holiday was all inclusive (ha ha). Mostly we eat from outside because of the hygienic issues at food area. Hygienic issue again: food wasn't covered. Flies, dogs, chickens and cats roaming the food area. No food was labelled The same food was taken back in and served again at other times or next day. Staff were under paid and over worked. None of the staff spoke any english and used a mobile app translator. One or two waiter were friendly but the bar staff ignored you when asking for a soft drink. (No hello or thank you) Unfriend hotel for british speaking people. The only language spoken was russian, german and turkey Most customers were from Russia Regular arguments broke out in the food area and swimming pool. Every other day the squash machine and coffee machine broke down. Every other day the lift broke down, walk up and down the stairs in 35c with no air conditioning in reception, staircase and hallways. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It does not correspond to a four-star hotel. There is dirt everywhere, the reception staff is rude. There is mold in the rooms on the first floor. The hotel urgently needs renovation. There is nothing to eat for breakfast or lunch, although it is considered -all inclusive-. Coffee, juice are not drinkable. We were forced to buy food, but we would have eaten. You have to stand in line all the time, even to get a soft drink. Dogs, cats and a rooster walk where they eat. The hotel corridor was not cleaned or washed during the whole week. The dishes are plastic and are not washed properly. The dirt attracts flies., the kitchen is also dirty. Also, events in this hotel take place only with the involvement of vacationers and their children. The beach area is not organized. The hotel's website has a video of the hotel's beach next door. Other vacationers in the hotel also regularly made complaints about the quality. Don't ruin your vacation! I believe that the travel agency should remove this hotel (hostel) from its list of offers.

Dirty, awfull, staff steals from your room. The only time staff cleaned room and changed towels, were only when you catch them on hall doing”room service”. Air conditioner doesnt work, stuff doesn’t care about that. Food was terrible, old. If You are seeking for low quality hotel and ruining your holidays, that’s the right place for you.

Absolutely terrible hotel! Don't waste your money on this and stay away from this hell! There is dirty, unhygienic, terrible food, drinking water comes from the tap! The food is pretty much the same every day, not enough, tastes terrible, is never warm. Dishes and cutlery are not shared, they are dirty! Fortunately, the watermelon was delicious. If you manage to get a meal, there is no table to eat at. A young man works at the reception, who is extremely arrogant, full of himself, thinks he is a god. Terrible person who should not be working in customer service at all! The rooms are terrible, they only cleaned once in seven days and that too at great demand. We had to steal the toilet paper from the janitor's cart! The reception refused to give us clean towels and toilet paper. The bathroom was black, moldy, the bedding was dirty! Roosters, chickens, cats, dogs lived in the yard. The rooster started crowing from four o'clock in the morning. The beach is dirty, small, divided between two hotels. Fortunately, there is a public beach 750 m away, which was very nice, but the beach chairs were paid for. This hotel should be stripped of its stars, it is not worth even one star

Where to start. 1st the positives. The location is nice and the pool area is lovely. The staff work extremely hard, seemed to work every minute. Now to the negatives. The outer building is so inviting but the rooms are a disgrace, they are filthy and we're cleaned once during our stay. The water stopped twice in our room, WiFi is £10 for the week and isn't the best, the door stuck and my daughter couldnt get out the room, no remote for the TV, had to steal loo roll from the communal loos as half a roll was provided, Aircon wasn't very effective. The food albeit serviceable was limited and repetitive and left out and swarming with flies. All inclusive os a joke, soft drinks (unbranded) beer, vodka and raki, that was it and the bar manager was a miserable sod. There were lots of cats in the complex which I didn't mind but their faeces wasnt cleaned up and the smell of cats urine in the main vestibule seating area and sun lounge area would have knocked you out. We had to move rooms 3 times as they seemed to have an issue with catering to 3 adults and ended up having to pay extra just to get the necessary number of beds despite it being stated in the booking. There is entertainment nightly but the Beldibi region mainly caters to Russian and European guest so there wasn't really much we could do and there is only a small number of restaurants in the area. I guess the old adage is true, pay peanuts and get monkeys. It's worth investing a bit more and staying in a decent place.

Absolutely disgusted at the state of this hotel. Theres budget and then theres filthy! I flew home 6 days early due to the distress caused by hotel management when i complained. Rooms decrepit and poorly maintained, dirty drinks and water systems, unsanitary toilets, bare exposed electrical wires, no sporting facilities as described, overgrown childrens area, poor food quality and cats on the dining tables. I coukd go on but the pictures speak for themselves...... to top it off, ive got a severe chest infection that my GP has advised probably due to unsanitary aircon system.
