Service: Ignorance and lack of polite correctness on the part of the staff, everyone addresses guests in Russian language, without specifying what country the guest is from. Why did the hotel staff decide that only guests who speak Russian are coming to the hotel? And what about citizens of the European Union (Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic, etc.) or guests from Turkey? Do you also speak Russian with them? Or is the Dobedan World Palace Kemer policy that hotel 100% is focused on Russian-speaking guests?
