The reception was not bad. The room we got was on the fifth floor with a sea view and very cozy and lovely. The cleaning of the room was good, of course, we always bring personal pillows and sheets. The room does not have a toothbrush, toothpaste, or even paper towels, which was very strange considering the type of hotel. The hotel had a variety of meals, although the quality of the food was not up to par. Breakfast was good. The late breakfast was good. Lunch was poor. The snacks were weak, especially the burgers. The dinner was poor and the late dinner was very poor The variety of non-alcoholic drinks was low. Alcoholic drinks were varied and acceptable. Regarding the public space of the hotel, the hotel pools were beautiful, but the sea beach was very pleasant, so we only used the beach during our stay. The hotel is built in the form of a street in Amsterdam, Holland, which contributes to the pleasantness of the hotel, and during your stay, you will experience the feeling of staying in a bustling city. But the strong point of this hotel was its daily and especially nightly entertainment programs. Various and attractive programs, especially the night open-air disco, which was held very excitingly. And finally, the biggest weakness of the hotel was the hotel staff, who were obviously trained to serve Russian citizens, so that they all had the ability to speak Russian, even the cleaning staff, which was very strange. And unfortunately, their unfriendly attitude towards non-Russians was annoying, so if I want to travel again, this is the reason why I will not choose this hotel.
