They said the hotel was renovated. But I realized that renovating a hotel is not important at all. The service is so bad. Why aren't the employees disciplined? Especially the animators. Everything in the hotel is a lie. We paid. But we didn't get what we paid for. The beach is a disappointment. It's crowded and uncomfortable. You pay for the sunbeds.

The hotel is right in the middle of Kemer and by the harbour. It could be better. But for some reason it seems like they don't want to do good business. Everything is about money. A mentality that constantly demands payment. Shops in the hotel are running after you. Animation is running after you. The beach is paid. We are tired of the holiday. We didn't even stay the last night. We came back.

Bad management. Bad selection. Very bad staff selection. Bad restaurant. Bad bars. No good service at all. Does the hotel not have a manager? Who chooses the animators? Animators are just trying to get the customers' money. Don't go to the disco tours. I have never seen such a bad hotel. What kind of a hotel is this? I wish it was good. Never again

The rooms are not very standard. The hotel is like a factory. It is not clear who is who. A hotel without a system. The restaurant services are already bad. The animation is bad. We thought it had a beach. But the beach is paid. We were surprised that they asked for a fee. They said they were tenants. They bothered us. We also complained to our agency. We wanted to try this area for the first time. We chose this hotel because of its price. But we realized that we made a big mistake. The concept is very bad. Everything is money. It is supposedly an all-inclusive hotel. Never. Everyone is trying to sell something. The service is not good at all. It is such a bad hotel. It is hard to explain. The beach is a separate business. It does not belong to the hotel. They want money for sunbeds. The waiters are rude. The people you call the animation are rude and try to take you to a disco tour by force. We regretted coming to this hotel. We will never recommend it again.
