Crystal aura Bedding doesn't fit bed Coffee hut woman extremely rude One of reception guys took us to see room, then left us to find our own way back No hot drink facilities in room Pool towels not much bigger than a hand towel Staff speak hardly any English Most of the meals mainly for Russians Went to cocktail menu and ask for cocktails told we don't do any We had two rooms and had no drawer storage for underwear etc Breakfast poor,evening meal poor, lunchtime meal the best and snack bar ok Staff chatting in groups while we look for tables, we had to clean our own while they were texting and pushing each other around on cleaning carts Night time entertainment all russian with no translation These are some bullet points that we picked out through the stay but our main problem was when we arrived for a weeks stay, we had two rooms booked but on arrival when we tried to check in we were told they hadn't got the rooms we requested 6 months earlier and the only rooms they had, and this is the head of receptions words " we only have 2 dark and smelly rooms that are not very good" so they moved us to another crystal hotel in kemer for the night and we could come back to crystal aura after 12 pm the next day. When we got to the crystal deluxe the restaurant was shut so we couldn't get any food so we had to wait for the late restaurant to get a burger which was inedible, so basically we had no food since leaving stansted about 36 hours earlier, because we had to wait till 1pm the next day. The place is full of Russian guests so most of the food was for them so we tried the Italian one night and without sounding greedy I could have eaten all four of our meals and still felt hungry. Nearly all the staff are extremely rude and lazy apart from one guy who looked after the water slides. The only compensation the management offered us for missing a day and a half out of a 7 day holiday was a late check out and 2 a la carte bookings which we only used 1 as it was poor. If you are English and thinking about coming here don't, we have been all over the world and many resorts in Europe and NEVER have we arrived at a hotel and told we don't have a room for you apart from 2 smelly ones. Spend more money and go to a better one or you'll regret your decision ,especially if you stayed in Nice hotels before.

This was my first trip to Turkey and hope I won't be my last. The biggest problem in this hotel are the clientelle! I know the hotel can't decide who books to stay, but they need to have some authority over how other guests act. This will definitely improve their rating. The most overwhelming let down of our stay was CIGARETTE SMOKE. We just couldn't get away from it, the whole stay. As soon as you walk into the hotel and until you leave all you can smell is a mixture of stale and fresh cigarette smoke. Other guests will think nothing of just lighting up right next to you and your kids at the pool and blow smoke all over you and force you to inhale it. Even the life guards and waiters get in on the act. Guests are clearly smoking in their rooms which invariabley encroached into our room. Not to mention the fire risk. The rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. However are in need of modernisation. If you are a light sleeper you will struggle here. The walls are made out of paper, so you can hear your neighbours talking and kids crying from 3 rooms away. One night at 1am we could hear a kid next door running around flicking lights witches on and off. Then at 7am a kid 3 rooms away was crying and woke us up. I swear at one point someone in the room above us was riding a horse about there was so much banging going on and furniture being thrown about. Also, it's mandatory to slam your hotel door when staying at this hotel it seems. Oh I forgot to mention the plumbing, it is really loud. The best thing about the rooms are that the shower gets nice and hot! Like I mentioned above, other guests in this hotel are inconsiderate and don't appreciate other people exist. Expect others to push in front of you at the restaraunt and bar etc. The food at the buffet restaraunt is actually really nice, when you can get it hot. More often than not the food is cold. There are a la carte restaraunts but they're impossible to book. The pools are clean and tidy. Plenty of sun beds. We didn't use the beach or the spa so can't comment on that. The hotel us about a 10 minute walk from Kemer Town which is rather nice. We booked this holiday for a cheap and cheerful getaway in the sun. It just about delivered. But I wouldn't return here because of the issues with other guests, the noise and the smoking. I hope the rest of Turkey is not like this.

We have enjoyed our stay at the current hotel. The food is tasty with a big choice but don't expect something special like seafood. The big plus is that you can eat 24/7 at many places around the hotel. A good selection of known alcohol brands is included. Very good shows on the stage every evening. Good and green premises of the hotel. We will stay here again when next time we will be back one day to Kemer

Pluses + great food, tasty and a lot to choose from (except breakfast, this one is pretty repetitive) + nice stuff but always start to speak with you in russian + really clean and beautiful territory + location is really close to Kemer, 10 min by walk + room cleaning service is good, no complaints on that cannot rate activities and evening shows as we did not attend any. Minuses - big focus on russian guests, when during our visit there were equal amount of guests of different nationalities. Music mostly russian which is really annoying - rooms would love some refreshment, but it’s bearable except the view that we’ve got. We paid for room with the garden view instead we had a view on pumps…which is really depressing and horrible. A lot of the rooms in the lobby building will have that views which is a huge architectural failure (see picture of our view below on the picture) Overall we liked the hotel itself and recommend to visit it. The only thing that might upset you - is your room view.

We had an amazing family holiday at this hotel. When we booked via the holiday provider we didn’t realise the room they provide is an actual apartment. We are a family of 5 with 2 teens and a toddler. I was so happy in our little apartment we had our own room and kids had theirs with a shared bathroom. as a mom when I visited a new country it was such a relief not to have kids in a seperate area. There are so many activities at this hotel for kids of all ages. My teens loved spending time at their pools and water slides, we went to the beach and kids did water sports activities. For the toddler there’s a separate mini water park and mini disco at nights. There’s plenty to eat and drink all day and night. We arrived at the hotel late so we were really happy to find out their restaurants were open 24 hours. There’s a lot of variety to eat through out the day as well from their buffets, pool side restaurants, quick snack bar, grill, burger bars, tea, soft drinks or liquor at anytime you want to all included in the price we pay we got such a lot for the money we paid. They also have Italian restaurant and Mexican you can book in advance. We wanted to make explore Kemer and Antalya but wasn’t sure what we could do with the time we had. A special thank you to Burak from the reception who is super supportive and very knowledgeable, with his help we managed to squeeze in some visits out of the hotel to add some incredible memories to our first visit to Turkey.

I really recommend this hotel. The food is excellent and there are so many things to choose from sweets, meats & salads. You can do different activities such as aqua aerobic, aqua bikes, pilates/yoga. The animation team is great, they encourage all The guests to take part in different activities. One small disadvantage are the rooms which are varied some of them diserve 3 stars...not 5.
