Mr Crane Hotel

Stayed two nights here, but it's difficult to imagine how they are a 4-star hotel. I don't even know where to begin but the most annoying part for us was the loud music coming from the "bar" of the hotel. Even though our doors and windows were shut, the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep. All the hotel could say was "the music continues till midnight and there's not anything we can do about that". If you are planning to have a relaxing night, just forget about it, you won't get it here. I have seen here some comments that give five stars to this hotel, praising its food! Our experience was not even mediocre, there are very few types of dishes, what is available tastes bad and they don't even have enough cutlery for 50 people. When we asked for knives, they said we needed to wait as they were washing the ones from the previous guests. It sounds like a joke but it is not. If you want to take a warm shower after 9pm, forget about that as well. They will run out of hot water by then and you will need to wait "a few hours" to get back hot water. And this is 2023! Last but not least, the mattresses in our room were so old, you could feel each spring in it and you needed to search for spots where they didn't disturb you in your sleeping position. It is difficult to believe other high-praising comments are genuine after our experience. Definitely not recommend, avoid at all costs.

This hotel is NOT a family friendly hotel. The music was very loud until 00.00 in the midnight. Many of the guests complain about it but the hotel didn't care. However they have not cleaned our rooms for 5 days and there was not even toilet paper in the room. Every time we complain about the staff was disrespectful which is my general perception of the staff. One of my worst ever experience of a hotel and I have travel a lot.

The staff is very rude, only the receptionist is good, the bar staff is very rude, the food is very bad, far from the beach, we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and I only had breakfast once. For this reason, I do not recommend it to anyone. I will never go again

Amazing hotel! Had a great 7 night stay here. Yes, it's not a luxury or a new hotel, more on a simplistic side, but the service for the price is fantastic. At the reception, they speak Russian very well, but there is a English-speaking personnel too. I can see how much effort they are putting into their work to make your stay comfortable. All problems were addressed immediately. Rooms are nice and very clean - towels were changed every day, trash taken out, bed made. The bed was very comfortable - the mattress and pillow are just perfect. Air conditioning and fridge worked very well. There is always an evening entertainment - a disco, live music, on Sundays they have a foam party - make sure to visit, it's fun! Pool is clean, there is a kids pool too. You can always find a free sunbed. There is a bus going to the beach, but it's not far if you decide to walk. Food - a few options, and you will most definitely have something to choose from. Location is good - it's on a silent street, but a few hundred meters from the city centre (shops, markets, entertainment) - everything is within the walking distance. If you are not picky, I can safely recommend this hotel for you!

Отель отличный, всем остались довольны. Теперь по пунктам: 1.Вкуснейшая еда, которая не повторяется. Пирожные и кексы, по вкусу, своего производства, отличные! В баре есть все, что вы хотите и если не хотите, вам сделают вкуснейший безалкогольный коктейль. Кофемащины и аппараты с соком, идеально работают и они новые. 2.Территория небольшая, но есть все что может быть в отеле. Бассейн, отдичнейште шезлонги и большие кровати, качалка, детская зона, лаунж зона, хамам, внутренний бассейн, отличный песчаный пляж, с трансфером, много раз в день 3.Персонал. Тут вообще на 10ку из 5ти, отличные ребята, которые готовы помочь в любом вопросе и всегда с улыбкой. 4.Номера. У нас был номер, со свежим ремонтом, все работало, хотя кажется что не новое, но все отлично! 5.Вай фай работает везде, даже в номере, бесплатный 6.Уборка идеальная, дают мыло, гели и все что только можно, включая зубную пасту и Зубную щетку. Отель отличный, поверьте, я много где был и давно не был в 4ке, но тут волею судеб, надо было именно в него и я давно не был в 4ке . Сравнивать цену/качество, здесь 100% идеально

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями об отдыхе в отеле Mr Crane Hotel 4* в Кемере. Сразу приятно удивило, что на ресепшене нас встретил русскоговорящий администратор — заселение прошло быстро и без проблем. Номер оказался просторным, чистым, всё нужное было на месте: шампунь, мыло, гель для душа, ватные палочки, спонжи — мелочь, а приятно! Еда в отеле вкусная и разнообразная, порции щедрые, всё свежее. В баре большой выбор алкоголя — водка, ром, виски, вино и многое другое. Территория ухоженная, чистота — на уровне. До моря возит трансфер, что тоже очень удобно. В целом остались самые позитивные впечатления — отдых получился отличный!
