Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer

We are just about to leave the swandor. This is our second visit, we never go to the same place twice but this hotel is the best hotel we’ve ever been too and we’ve been to many places in the world. It’s amazing, beautiful grounds. Fantastic drinks, ice cream and food. We were given a beautiful room overlooking the swim rooms when we arrived at 3am, asked if we wanted food, he quickly took our bags. All the staff here work so incredibly hard and it shows. Special shout out to “ Rukiye” she’s lovely her smile and how friendly she is, is a credit to the hotel. Please let her know that. Also Ahmet and the animation team are brilliant. Kids club also again brilliant. We will be coming back! Bye for now Swandor

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and so well equipped. It has a waterpark, a huge entertainment area and programme, a large outdoor heated pool, a large outdoor non heated pool, a kids pool, kids club, 2 nightclubs, several restaurants where you can have some kind of food or snack 24/7, a spa, and a gym. The food is so broad in choice, something for everyone. The labelling could be better, I.e by adding a 'V' for the foods without meat would make choosing so much easier for a vegetarian. Some dishes were difficult to work out if they had meat in or not- so I avoided these. Despite this, I had no problem with having lots to eat! The staff from the hotel are all very friendly and helpful, excellent animation team in particular and bar staff. Ahmet from Animation made us feel welcome and introduced new games for us- showing us how to play, he is lots of fun and made the rainy days much more entertaining! Ahmed also remembered our names throughout our stay too, which made us feel valued as guests. The bar staff were so attentive, checking if we wanted more drinks or nuts. Mustafa in the Appolo bar created a cocktail off menu for us as we weren't that keen on the ones on the menu- a real treat! Nothing was too much hassle for him. There are lots of games available plus 2 pool tables to entertain during the evenings or to escape the sun or rain. We unfortunately were unlucky with the weather, and the rain did spoil things slightly, particularly as I slipped on the marble steps in the entertainment arena. However I raised this with management and they seemed to take it seriously- the next day there were more wet floor signs and staff trying to sweep the excess water away. The steps themselves remained an issue- and I do worry someone else will injured themselves. I hope the hotel has a plan to add grip of some sort to the steps to help prevent potentially a really nasty accident. Other than this one issue, it is a really lovely hotel and would recommend. If the steps weren't an issue, I would have rated 5/5.

The hotel is stunning. Very clean and spacious. I love the relaxing lobby with piano music it’s very welcoming. There are plenty of bars offering a good selection of branded drinks. The restaurant is huge with a great selection of options. It was only warm food which I was expecting as I read that in the reviews. I hoped they may have heated it up by now but it’s still only warm, but the choice and quality makes up for this. Mustafa looked after us in the bar with his unique home made cocktails. Ahmet looked after us for entertainment, we felt very welcomed

This was my first time at the hotel this summer . The hotel is situated in the area of kris which is 10 mins away from the central of kemer. On arrival to the hotel, you can immediately see how much effort has been put into the renovation of the hotel. The reception area is stunning . Check in was very easy and there are drinks on arrival . Cases were taken to our room and a late night buffet is available at the Swan restaurant. We had a swim up room which are located just behind the main pools of the hotel. The room was stunning and very clean, but the whole hotel is absolutely immaculate when it comes to been clean , in every single area . The room was cleaned every day to a high standard of fresh towels every day and clean bedding. There are soaps tooth brushes tooth paste shampoo and conditior in the bathroom. The fridge is replenced every day with soft drinks fanta sprite coke juice and water and snacks. The heart of the hotel is based around the 2 main pools and the single child's pool . The hotel was at full capacity when we're there and there was plenty of sunbeds. There are activity's that go on at the pool during the day and music is played around the pool . In my opinion the pools look bigger then the pictures, so there is plenty of room to swim . There are 2 bars located around the pool . They do not have waiter service but there are no long ques at the bars either. The most time I ever waited for a drink was 5 mins . The drinks offered are all branded . There is a charge for some of the branded drinks , but you can still get branded gin vodka whiskey, cocktails in the inclusive package . To the left of of the pools is the main evening entertainment area . The area is huge with a main stage and a smaller stage . The stage is one of the best, I have seen . There is normally a show on at 9pm then live music on until 12. . There are 5 bars located around the area , again all with branded drinks. The entertainment is yet again one of the best I have ever seen. You will not be bored of a evening when it's comes to entertainment. There is also a night club and a open air night club. The open air night club has an amazing party atmosphere, with dancers and a live d.J . Children can go into this club, but are not allowed into the late evening night club that stays open until 2.30. The beach and pier is about a 5 mins walk from the pool area . The beach is a sand single mix and there are small pebbles to enter the sea, but the sea is crystal clear . You can enter the sea by the pier . There is a beach bar and a bar on the pier . All branded drinks again . The pier is a huge and can get busy, but we always found a sunbed. The cabanas are beautiful, and are worth getting if it's a hot day as they can provide shade also . There is a water at the cabana and drinks and food will be brought to you. There is one main restaurant, the swan where you can get breakfast , lunch and dinner . Late breakfast is also available which is located

Honestly what can I say so modern clean and spacious hotel. Food and drinks are amazing the atmosphere is amazing the staff are friendly especially Remzi in the entertainment team. State of the art stage with giant screens it really is something else! There food constantly and there’s 7 bars all open all of the time. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

The resort is absolutely lovely and amazing for the family including the kids club which I have never seen something like this before, so many activities and great people who work really well and engage with children in taking care. The food is 10/10 so many dishes everyday to choose from the customer service is absolutely at its finest especially there’s a lady called Rukeya who has taken care of our food and drinks and welcomed us to the snack bar with a great customer service
