Comfortable hotel, strategic location close to Ketos. During breakfast the view is very nice, namely the mountains. We are very satisfied staying there.

This hotel is located fairly close to Kediri Station, so couples or individuals other than families can walk there within 15 minutes. Kediri is close enough to use Grab and although there is nothing special to see, it is a quiet city and good for healing. It's a good hotel because there's a small mall nearby so you don't have to worry about eating.

This hotel takes too long to check out & is very uncomfortable because check in still requires a 200 thousand deposit.

The hallway area is hot, there is no air conditioning, the shower needs to be repaired because it is not comfortable to use

The pillow case...it's time to change it...it's been used a lot. AC in the room... it's cold for a long time.

The color of the bed sheets and pillowcases is dull. There are stains on the bed cover. Please pay attention to the hotel management for repairs. I've stayed at Citihub Kediri several times. Hopefully it can be better

I had an emergency stay here and was really impressed while staying here. The room was okay, not really spacious but clean and comfortable. I stayed at two different rooms while I was staying for a week here. The nano room was recommended with a good price, but the bathroom was literally see-through. I would recommend you to stay at standard room if you stay here with other than your family or if you’re more comfortable with no see-through bathroom. I chose room with no breakfast. But I ordered some food from the restaurant and it was really delicious that I ordered again the next days. The room service was really good and fast. The cleaning staff was really good and fast too. Overall, I would recommend the stay at this hotel. There were also a little convenience market at the lobby if you need some amenities, foods, or drinks. For me, this is the best budget hotel I’ve known so far.
