Nice location for stay, nearby highway and traffic, clean room, breakfast is fine.

Quick overnight trip, clean hotel, check in was easy. Room had no carpet which I thought was great, bed was fine, bathroom was clean. Only thing was the window did not have any curtains, just a blind and we had light coming in from the parking lot that was bright. Other than that, good stay for a quick trip.

Convenient location Service is not good. Front desk people are Not friendly and not treat nicely to customers. Need to improve.

There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. I requested extra pillows and they didn't have any. The TV remote didn't work well. The room was average nothing to write home about

Last time I stayed here was 3yrs ago. They had unfinished construction in the building. Missing drain covers, drywall in need of repair, exposed electrical outlets. It's the same today. I thought they would get it together by now. I was wrong

Looked and felt like not one square inch of flooring had been mopped throughout the entire property! Room floor was dirty, stairwell was DISGUSTING, towels are as cheap as could be. The best part of the breakfast was leaving! I’ve never been to a continental breakfast that shared a gallon of milk!

Location is really good! For the price I can’t complain too much besides the AC didn’t work, but it was 40f in Houston so I’m good.

I rarely make reviews, however I highly recommend this place. The bathroom was beautiful and elegant. The whole experience made me feel as i was first class.

Property was clean service was good I had a problem with being comfortable due to AC not working in room my stay was with my fiance and 2 year old including myself I had to under dress my lil one in the middle of the night so he could sleep comfortably due to AC not working

Terrible and ******* refused to do anything about it because the property was lying about Thier rooms.

This is literally what you pay for… a bed to sleep in. The check in person was not very communicative. She barely made eye contact with me, and she barely spoke to me. The floor in the room was sticky. Literally it stuck to my shoes. The bed was ok, and the room was pretty large. No subscription services on the tv, but it did work. Meh.

Check in was good. But the fridge was leaking all over the floor when I checked in and I was given towels to soak it up . Sadly in room 101 right next to a side exit door which was open and slammed all through the night . People also smoking and talking outside said door and you hear everything.

Staff was great , only concern and problem was within the room. Walking into the room it had a horrible smell like sewer which came from the restroom, although it was clean it gave off a nasty smell so we got our own air freshener and just kept the restroom door closed and that seemed to help. Then on our second day we used our tv in the morning before leaving and it was working fine, but when we got back a couple hours later we turned the tv on and the screen went black. We asked to get it fixed or looked at but we were told maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next day.

Reasonably clean and quiet. The breakfast was unexpectedly good and more than is usually available.
