Amazing stay at grand sharan, services are really very good, behaviour of all staff is also nice, taste of restaurant of this hotel is very nice. Over all value for money is very good. Good to stay in. Thanks to all staffs.

Good:
1. Distance from the railway station.
2. Free pick-up and drop services from the railway station and Katra helipad.
3.The room service staff were professional and quick.
Bad:
1. Hot water issue: The geyser works only for a limited supply of hot water, which is not sufficient for bathing.
2.The reception and restaurant staff were not welcoming.
3. Limited/repetitive food options in the buffet.
4. Frequent electricity disconnections: It happens around 7-8 times a day.

I already mentioned early check in required for my stay. I also called one day before for confirming early check in. The lady said it should be available only need to wait for 15-30 mins. We waited for 2. 5 hours and multiple reminders at reception to get one room.
