Great location! The lake was across the street and a wonderful place to walk in the evening. There’s several bus routes across the street so travel around town was easy if you didn’t want to walk or take a taxi. The room was great- comfortable bedding, large, and met all the needs we had. As we’re traveling for several weeks, the free laundry facility was amazing! We were able to do all our laundry in under 2 hours s they had both washers and dryers! I love staying at ATour hotels and they have been my go to hotel while traveling China.

The room was clean and cleaned every day. The store clerks were all very nice. They would greet us with a smile when we met. When we checked in, we made a rather stringent request that the room be quiet and have sunlight. The store clerk arranged it properly, and I must give it a thumbs up. I stayed for 4 consecutive days and was touched by the warm reception of the Uyghur staff in the hotel, which is why I have not changed hotels. Every time I enter the door, the Uyghur security brother will say hello; the Uyghur lady at the front desk may not be proficient in business, but she is always warm, sincere and shy to help me; although the cleaning sister did not ask for room extension, my needs were met quickly and she would say hello every time she saw me in the corridor, which made me a little embarrassed 😂. The hotel is overall warm, but other staff at the front desk asked me about my accommodation experience every day and asked for good reviews, which was a bit unaccustomed. Finally, I wish Kashgar Atour to do better and better details like Atour in other cities, and continue to maintain the humanistic temperature~ I would like to say that yesterday's breakfast was delicious! The restaurant is clean and quiet!

The family room at Atour is very suitable for our family of three. The price of the Atour hotel next to the ancient city where we stayed for the previous two nights was much higher. After visiting Tashi County, we stayed here because the environment was good and the price was cheap. It was not far from the ancient city and the mineral water supply was sufficient, which was very friendly for people who love to drink water. Flowers and cakes were also sent, but unfortunately the child was allergic to dairy products and could not eat them. There is an airport pick-up service, and the hotel car will take you directly to the airport for an early morning flight.

This is the first time I was fooled on such a big website as Ctrip! Horrible! Because I often stay at Atour, I habitually booked it this time, but who would have thought that I wrote the People's Square branch, but I came to a far corner of the city. When I checked in and asked the front desk, I was told that I forgot to change it on Ctrip. This forgetfulness made me not enjoy the prosperity of the destination, and it was difficult to eat.
