Ulasan Hotel Grandvert-Kyukaruizawa

Location was near the station and across 2 mini marts. Rooms was nice and big. There is a guest lounge with a library and complimentary drinks.

Located within 5 min from Karuizawa station, it has a huge Family Mart right opposite. The walk towards old ginza street took about 15-20min but was very comfortable given the cool weather, you would also be able find small hidden eateries along the way. Lobby came with an amenities bar, this hotel also interestingly houses a library on the second floor. The room I booked has an excessively huge bathroom and did not come with a writing desk. However, the room and stay was very, very comfortable and would definitely recommend it to any travellers to Karuizawa.

Hotel is just a little 10 minute walk away from Karuizawa station, room is spacious and clean. I stored my luggage before check in time and they delivered my luggage to the room before I checked in. Bathroom is great and even has facial cleanser and moisturiser. The only hotel to provide bottled water in my trip. The toilet bowl opens automatically once you enter the bathroom and flushes once you have finished using it. They also have a huge lounge with free drinks and biscuits. Nice restaurant serving Shabu Shabu just next door. This was the best hotel on my trip.

Near the Karuizawa station, good service, nice breakfast

We had an amazing 2 nights stay here! Located about 5 minutes short walk from the train station, there were a convenience store and small supermarket directly across the hotel. We weren't expecting much when we booked as the photos look dated and it was a last minute trip but oh mine, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was large and although it was the old room, it had a certain charmimg character to it that we love. The bathroom was also big, clean and had a lovely large bathtub. I love the full range of toiletries they provided and was hoping to buy it in Tokyo to bring home but I couldn't. There was a common area on the second floor where water, juice and coffee were provided and we bought our own sake in the evening and sat there. We spent two peaceful evenings here after dinner and it was lovely. Our only complaint was the bed was rather soft and the pillows were flat. But we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Karuizawa.

The atmosphere was matching the Karuizawa, a place for you and your family to relax and chill. Kids love the Tatami, we had a lot of fun during our stays. Thank you.

Close to train station, neat & tidy, quiet, rented bicycle available, camping feel to eat breakfast in balcony.

The staffs there are super nice, they are willing to help and provide suggestions on the itinerary. Even though we are not staying for the 2nd night there, they allowed our baggages for temporary storage. Overall, the room is nice, the staffs are great, location is very convenient! Will definitely come back next time if I go to Karuizawa. Thank you

Quick stay fun breakfast basket room is just the right size

We stayed here for 2 nights for a mini family vacation. The room is super clean, organized and cozy. We had 2 small double beds and 2 futon bed on the tatami. The space worked out for the 4 of us. Breakfast was delivered to our room right on time, warm and freshly made. Toiletries are available in the lobby. Very convenient location, short walk to Karuizawa Station. Would definitely stay again!

Good location and limited staff service Big room

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice lounge with a real fireplace. The amenities provided in self-help buffet style are plentiful and freely available. The bathroom has a nice, big bathtub that is wonderful for a hot, relaxing bath at the end day traveling.
