Brochures on nearby attractions would be welcome in the lobby. We had a very pleasant stay despite these small shortcomings."

"The hotel was in a great location with lots of on street parking just outside. The historic centre of Kars was about 5 minutes walk and the area was clean and quiet. Our check in was lovely, polite and helpful and the room was a good size with a desk to work at and even a kettle. Breakfast was ok with lots of items to choose from but nothing was labelled so, as a European, I had no idea what things were. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet and the wifi worked well."
