Super sauberes Hotel, tolle Lage Preisleistung top. Schwimmbad war sehr kalt ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfect location for a long walkings in a beatiful parks. Not far from the City center as well. Bus Station is just a few steps from the Hotel. Room is clean and cosy. Tasty breskfast. Good Spa with saunas and pool. Personal were very helpfull. Nice place for a short vacation.

Super spa vacation as always (11th visit of this resort). Perfect accommodation with nice view), quiet location, super procedures, nice big swimming pool, whirlpool, saunas, delicious dish. Very friendly staff. I am sure, that I will return to this resort again.

The hotel had a very bad reception service, with very bad information and they were throughout all the time very unhelpful. Upon arrival, we noticed that we were the only young couple in the hotel, realizing that the pictures posted by the hotel were very deceiving, showing rather young couples in the pictures. Therefore, we didn't feel comfortable to use any of the spa services of the hotel, taking in consideration the how older German folks stare at young couples all the time. We asked if they could kindly be flexible due to the aforementioned reasons and permit us a refund of the remaining night of the stay and they tried to fabricate a reason that Booking wouldn't allow them to refund the rest of the stay. We contacted Booking and were told that it is up to the hotel to decide on a refund and that Booking sent them an email confirming them that they are allowed to refund the amount. We checked out the in the morning and booked another hotel for the rest of the stay and were told that we would be contacted on the Monday after regarding the refund, since it was a weekend and no one from Reservation management was there. There came no call or email the week after, hoping that I would just forget about the refund, and after countless calls on my side, they finally told me that they didn't want to show any flexibility on the refund, although we didn't use the room and checked out, because the hotel was close to fully booked, since it's high season. The hotel was not even close to half-booked, and there's no doubt as to why. Be cautious before booking into this hotel!!!

when we arrived, there wasn’t even a parking space, so we had to park 15 minutes away down the hill, which was annoying, but ok. the pool isn’t very special and it was quite crowded. one of the saunas was really tiny and uncomfortable. to get to the pool you have to walk like 10 minutes and one elevator was broken. there are 7 stories !! and we had to wait 5-7 minutes for the elevator to arrive. every time. so to get from your room to the pool it took like 15-20 minutes which is A LOT. i think it was very clean and the rooms were nice. the buffet was delicious and there were vegan options. as a hotel it’s good. but for the wellness part, i have to say i had a lot of better experiences than here. maybe better if you are willing to book massages or cosmetics. i would not come again.

I was so dissapointed... I thought that paying a place a bit expensive will give me finally a good customer experience in the Czech Republic, but the staff poorly spoke english and they did not try to be nice. There was one girl in reception that spoke good english and was really nice and even told me happy bday (the only one ) but the worst thing: I paid 50EUR for a "bdaySet" because it was my bday, I saw photos of the bday set, it looked pretty so i said why not... when I arrived to the room, it was just a bottle of champagne and a cake... nothing else, not balloons like in the photo or anything else, oh, a couple of flowers... The psackage said that I will receive 3 procedures per day, I stayed 2 and I received only 3, one is a very nice Thai massage, but the other 2 ones, not worth it... If you dont speak russian or german and have money to spend, I recommend you to pay a hotel in downtown, this place is quite far, and the elevators.... be ready to wait long time...

Bought package for 400 Euros from the 'Wellness package ' section. We got to know that we have no package at all. Not even swimming pool. The manager confirm this issue was due to the website issue internet issue. They didn't offered us our wellness package. Total waste of money.

Check in experience was quite bad. The lady told us they needed 20min to check us in (no reason given) - and needed to keep all passports meanwhile. The half-board that we had pre-ordered (through the hotel website) was not apparently not registered correct, which we had to point out. We then went to the restaurant for dinner while waiting to be checked in. Restaurant service was non-existing. No one greeted us or explained anything. Buffet was OK, but no one asked us, if we wanted anything to drink. We then asked after a while, if we could maybe buy a beer and a soda, and we were told no, because the kitchen (not the restaurant) was closing in 18 minutes (8:30 pm) - which didn't make sense to us at all. While trying to understand the rules as someone who had just arrived, waiting to be checked in, they gave us a big sigh and found a beer and a cola somewhere. Like we were supposed to be sorry for buying something to drink with only 18 minutes left before the kitchen closed. Staff friendliness was generally poor - except the cleaning. Nobody from the staff greeted you anywhere in the hotel. Not a "hello" or a "good morning" - not even a smile. At one time we had a question about the shortest path, but the reception just said "Sorry, no English." even though the same lady spoke English the day after. The Family Room was quite nice, clean and spacious. Pool area was also good - however quite a walk from "Blue House". Pool is reserved for paid activities 09 - 14 almost everyday. The hotel has three (small) lifts of which only two may be used by guests. The last is reserved for staff. Clearly, two is not enough capacity as you often have to wait several minutes for available space.

The hotel is very quite, clean and comfortable. The food is very good, a big variety of meat and vegetables. The pillows a little bit small for me. But place of hotel is perfect for relax and treatments. First I thought it would be inconvenient to use bus to get to colonnade but then I understand that it is really convenient if don't want to see crowds of people every day and just relax.

The hotel is normal, the rooms are very clean but requires a little refreshment/renovation, the staff is very friendly, the food is excellent - I recommend half board. Spa and wellness services are ok. Parking is in front of the hotel, although there is a limited number of parking spaces (10 eur / day), they also have a small garage (12 eur / day), both for an additional fee. English makes them a little problem... But everything can be date :). They speak mainly German, Czech, Russian... The city is nearby, accessible by city bus, car or on foot (a little longer walk). In general, it is worth a visit, both the city and the hotel. If you take any of the wellness packages, you already have predetermined hours and days of visit, so you will not be bored.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff . Close to bus stop and a 15 min walk to the center of a Karlsbad . Swiming pool quite big .Food vary each day , can do not complain , our rate 9/10. Clean & spacoius room . All about - just fine.
