Ulasan Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

The chatrium riverside was excellent as usual the only personal problem for me was the a/c it’s loud even when on low fan at night apart from that superb! Recommend the Cabernet sauvignon ‘bread and butter napa valley’ delicious!

Not as good as Chatrium in the Siam location Staff nice however -breakfast buffet very average food -our room bed the shower drain was flooding and also the bathroom gel was empty when we arrived -bed too hard however the topper did help -staff were not as attentive eg not asking us if we needed a taxi upon checking out

We had an enjoyable stay at Chatrium Riverside Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, and offered lovely views of the river. The location was very convenient, with a free shuttle boat making it easy to get around. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. However, we were disappointed that club access was not included in our stay, especially since our friends, who booked a smaller suite, received it as part of their package. The pool area was nice but quite busy. The hotel offers a decent happy hour from 4–6 pm, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience, but given the price we paid, we expected a bit more.

Never tired the hotel like this. 5 starts hotel with this price. Super dirty. Unreasonable. We come to Thailand with the kids and stay here because the comment is good and the view is good. However the hygiene is terrible. The floor seems not clean for long time. All of our feet is dirty and dark. U have to wear the slipper all the time when you stay in the hotel. The toilet is dirty and super old. And with insects. We complained and the staff not really helpful, they just change another same room to you but it is still dirty. As it’s too late so we choose to stay here 1 night then check out. If you don’t want to get disappointed and your kids get sick please don’t book this hotel! 這間酒店的衛生情況十分惡劣地下完全沒有清潔，我們的腳剛進來時沒穿拖鞋，整個腳都黑黑的，酒店的浴室衛生也很惡劣，設施保養很差，如果你不想失望又注重衛生的話請不要訂這家酒店！尤其帶小朋友的。我們投訴了職員只是循例換了另外一個房間給我們，但也是很骯髒的，因為太晚了，所以我們沒有時間換酒店，唯有在這間酒店住一晚。但這個經驗真的很糟糕。

The view is amazing. The room is big and very clean. Enjoy our stay so much.

We stayed at their balcony room for 3 days then we moved onto another hotel in Bangkok. Location wise, it is quite far from International airport, it takes us 45 mins on the road to the hotel, another half hour spent on waiting for grab car. However when I see the view from my room, the river view makes everything worths it! Try to imagine you see the river view when wake up every day! It is like a service apartment, there are many rooms on the same floor, so their cleanliness is generally very good. However with that said, the breakfast patio is gorgeous. When people look at this hotel, they first see the patio, it is like a garden and nice restaurant. They also offer their own shuttle service to and from Sathorn pier and Iconsiam which is very convenient!

Amazing hotel friendly staff & the view is just stunning, highly recommended

Location is by the river and a bit difficult to get a Grab taxi or car. Hotel provides boat shuttle half hourly to Sathorn Pier where the Tapan Taksin BTS is a stone throw away. Was given room on 19 floor on check in, carpet n floor were dusty n not vacuumed n table was sticky. Informed reception and a cleaner was sent quickly to clean up the room. A fruit platter was sent to room as a gesture of apology. However after our return from dinner and my spouse took a shower, the drainage at shower area didn’t work and caused a small flood in the toilet. Reception was informed and they sent someone who couldn’t fix the problem, so we were asked to change room at about 11 pm !! We changed to a higher floor room which was clean but the mattresses were old and saggy! I didn’t want to be a complaining guest so had to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights ! Though the service was okay, the above marred the experience. Breakfast had a good spread but same for both days.

Our stay was wonderful, the breakfast was exemplary and the staff were always helpful and attentive to our needs.

The hotel having the best view and other services are perfect , we will definitely come back

We love this place very much, the every staff are friendly. The Wifi is excellent anywhere. However, we found the room do not much clean than before, do not mop the floor.
