I love their customer service, friendliness of all employees especially the workers. Great location right near the mall, great for shopping and eating.

The location was convenient but lack some basic amenities. The room was spacious but a bit old and bed was too soft. This is the second time stayed there, service is always friendly.

Overall great place to stay for families on the west side of the island. Despite being located right inside a big mall area, it actually felt quieter and more relaxed compared to the heavy touristy area of Waikiki Beach. Rooms are standard Hampton as one would normally expect on the mainland. Breakfasts are standard. Hotel front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was incredible. The room was super clean, modern, and spacious. I particularly loved the round facial soap and the neutrogena toiletries. I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to local restaurants and bars, of which there are many to choose from. There is ample parking around the hotel, and parking passes were provided to me and my friend. The staff was incredible, and I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel because of its cleanliness and convenience. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean, relaxing, quiet. Convenient, next to mall. Free hot breakfast. A pot of hot rice would be nice.

Except for the slightly remote location, everything else is 100% good. The hotel is located in a mall, next to a Foodland Farm supermarket. The poke rice there tastes good, and we ate there for two nights. There are also Macy's, CPK and Cheesecake Factory, as well as various fast food restaurants and even a hot pot restaurant, which makes it very convenient to eat. This is our second time in Honolulu. We don't want to live in Waikiki, which is noisy and crowded and has to pay huge parking fees, so we think this hotel is very good. You can just drive in and out. The swimming pool and gym are also good, and the breakfast is rich, but the air conditioning in the restaurant is a bit cold. The hotel provides a public microwave, free tea and coffee on the first floor. In short, this hotel that I accidentally saw is the best hotel on this trip.

The price is not cheap in Kapolei, but the environment and service are good. The hotel facilities are complete and new. The American breakfast is simple but filling. It is located in a large shopping mall with parking, dining, supermarkets, fitness, shopping and entertainment nearby. Basically, you don't need to drive out to solve the problem. It is about 15 kilometers away from Waikiki, which is suitable for tourists who drive in Oahu, Hawaii.

The service attitude at the front desk is good, and the breakfast provided is very good. There are also packed breakfasts that can be taken away, and clothes can be washed and dried.

The room is very new and the facilities are complete. Downstairs is a shopping center. There are supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. which is very convenient. Suitable for self-driving tours and parking is very convenient.

Service was good and breakfast was good. It's convenient because there are many restaurants nearby, and outlets are close by. The facilities need improvement.
