Stay was amazing, room has a very nice balcony with beach view. Neat and tidy washroom. And food from the hotel’s restaurant is delicious. Every staff are polite and helpful. I will recommend my friends and family for this. Specially the swimming pool is superb with an infinity pool view.

We actually paid a lot for the stay in front of the beach and the view qas really good also the staff. On the other hand it needs cleansing is all smelly and dirty.

This resort needs renovation very badly. The restaurant had not even 10 items in menu. Breakfast was not upto expectation, not enough items and whatever it was, the taste was just ok, nothing special. The only good thing upto certain extent is its location which would have improved if we had excess to beach. Swimming pool view was good. The bathroom did not smell good at all. TV had only tamil channels subscribed.

Excellent location. Beautiful sea view. Nicely kept property. Staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth and they gave also an upgrade to our room. Food was reasonably good. Would recommend for a pleasure trip to kannur.

Our regular stay at kannur is at mascot. Well maintained one of the oldest resort in kannur with amazing view and swimming pool facilities. Not that far from city centre. Food menu can be improved. Highly recommend this place for family and friends just for the views.

The location of the Mascot beach resort is good. You get an excellent view of the Arabian Sea from most of the rooms. The delux room that we took was quite spacious and quite furnished and mostly adequate for a family of four with two small kids. The resort is not open to the beach and you will have to travel by the car to reach the nearest beach. Now talking about the unpleasant experiences, the below average buffet menu. The breakfast menu is so ordinary for the price you pay. I got a deal of 6k/night and at this price point most of the hotels offer a good breakfast spread but at the resort it was very ordinary and the taste was just Ok. This could be a deal breaker. Secondly, the room I stayed had a bad smell and every time we entered the room from outside we could feel this. Not a pleasant thing. After complaining about it they got the toilets cleaned. For me it is only the location that scores 4/5 and rest all is just average. I am surprised that with a 4.4 rating if you have such an experience then what about hotels with lower rating…

Great location. Perfect place to watch sunset. Not much options in their menu. Perhaps the smallest menu that you will ever see. Lots of options are there nearby though please note that standard rooms are small and can accommodate only 2+1 additional sofa bed. Delux rooms are comfortable but requires better air conditioning. Split ac takes a long time to cool the entire room. Another thing is i didn't find any elevators. Not sure whether i missed it. Please check with them if you need it

Most of the services were good. The property was clean and very well maintained. The showers were unclean and not useful due to lack of water pressure. The room provided great view.
