The last stop of my trip to Western Sichuan came to Kangding. I personally care about the old and new hotels. I chose a hotel that was renovated in 2024. In fact, it was renovated, but it was only the exterior corridor. The important thing is that the bathroom in the room still looks like an old hotel. It is very old! The toilet, air conditioner, TV, are new and partially renovated (the bathroom shower facilities are very old, the floor tiles still have potholes) and are not renovated at all. The hotel was built in 2008 and has been 16 years old. Forget it. More importantly, I slept with my partner. I scratched a huge itch all night. It was one or two o'clock in the morning. I was too lazy to make a call until the morning. When I woke up and washed up, I found that the plate holding the towels was moldy. I really couldn't stand the collapse. Although the attitude was very good, the hotel was being renovated. The outside guests did not live outside. I hope the hotel would take care of it. The room hygiene is good, but I still like the city of Kangding. It started to rain a little when I returned to the room at night. When the little brother saw us, he enthusiastically gave us an umbrella, but the hygiene was worrying! I rarely write reviews but my body was really itchy and there were a few little red spots on my back.

I didn't want to say it, but the hotel kept calling and texting me to give me a good review. It wasn't a request, it was a direct order. So I'll give you an evaluation. The room type is average. Compared with this quarter, the price is average. There is no cost-effectiveness. There is residual water on the floor when you first enter the bathroom. The towel is torn under it. The facilities inside are relatively simple. In summary, it's average. It's not bad, but not much better.

The hotel's service team is undoubtedly the most amazing. From booking confirmation to check-in to check-out, you can feel the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff in every step. They always had a smile on their faces and patiently answered every question I had, making me feel at home. Especially the room service staff, they not only tidy up the room in time, but also always care about my stay experience, which makes me feel warm.

The hotel was renovated on the basis of an old hotel. Parts have not been fully renovated, so the environment can be imagined. There is still a lot of room for improvement in service levels, and we hope that customer satisfaction can be improved.

酒店客服很好，頭一天就打電話確認你的行程，快到了還提前幫你開空調。 房間乾淨整潔，深夜被子不夠用打電話給前台沒一會兒也給你拿來了。 早餐普普通通，圖個飽腹。 美中不足的是衞生間私隱不足，適合情侶，家庭旅遊不合適。 再抱怨一句一床被芯有點臟，但另一床就沒事。
