Ulasan Cross River Kwai

Tidak terkesan dengan layanan staf terutama ruang makan Akomodasinya bagus, sesuai dengan harga, view bagus, suasana nyaman, makanan enak.

Cross River Kwai. Luxury hotel in Kanchaburi. Nice staff, good service, glorious view, and perfect decoration. We stayed 1 night here (Type: X Float Luxe cabin) with complimentary snack bar, afternoon tea and bed time tea set. Breakfast is buffet and taste is good. Its location is really quite which is good for relax time. If you checked in here, you will love it like we did.

The room was very hot during daytime and the air-conditioning was in desperate need of maintenance. There was no air conditioning or ventilation in the loo and the water pressure was too weak.

location not good, took 3 hours to the resort from Siam. Service was good but the balcony is dirty. Water were green in the river and many spiders.

Very nice but a bit expensive for what it is , room is amazing but restaurant and breakfast are average

Exceptional service. Full range breakfast with bubbles. Serenity. Nice cabanas. A bit far from the city though. No gym.

Hotel and room was amazing. Perfect for couples who just want to spend some time in peace. Definitely coming back.

This is my second time that I’ve been here and all I could say is excellent service and lovely warm welcome from the staff. Definitely recommend it and I will be back again soon.

Everything is so good, staff are very nice and helpful, the waterfall villa we stayed was fully equipped with everything we needed - snacks, drinks, night tea and bubble cake.

Nice beautiful relaxing hotel… we took the room that have the canoe. We canoe for both day and it is really nice!

A long drive from Bangkok to here but the villa is worth it. Staff are super friendly. Villa is huge! But downside is prone to bugs. Basement room has a lingering smell too. Overall a good experience but it’s not cheap.

這真的是完全不同體驗的飯店，位於桂河旁的特色飯店。有慵懶的軟骨頭沙發在河畔旁，讓次我們在飯店吃完晚餐後放空。而且泳池的特色磁磚設計非常棒，從淺池走到游泳的深池，泳池房型更是可以直接走出來游泳，水質也非常乾淨，是無邊際泳池拍照非常美麗。 早餐是無限單點，每一份幾乎就可以吃飽，可惜飲料選擇不多，牛奶淡了些。 晚餐在餐廳用餐，房客可以打85折；也可以免費體驗SUP,和滑船。
