Layanan hotel sangat baik, lokasi cukup bagus ke taman dan Istana Kanazawa yang dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Namun, tidak banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel, Anda harus berjalan sekitar 300 m. Sarapannya lezat dan luar biasa. Sangat dekat dengan taman yang indah di musim gugur. Nilai untuk makanannya 5/5, lezat.

Saya tahu kalau hotel itu menggunakan robot, bukan manusia, tapi staf hotelnya tidak membantu sama sekali. Kami tanya di mana tempat parkir mobil. Dia tidak bilang apa-apa dan hanya menyerahkan peta parkir. Kesan yang sangat buruk. Kalau hotel punya orang seperti itu, lebih baik tidak usah. Sangat tidak berguna.

That’s an awesome hotel,no staff but convenient and fancy,the room was clean and very affordable,not close to train station though ,still near a downtown area.

The room is really good. Separate toilet and bathroom. The basin Is located outside of the bathroom. It's really convenient to wash my hands instead of going to the toilet . I walked from Kanazawa Station, and took about 30 minutes with my 2 pieces of luggage to reach Henna Kanazawa Hotel Karimbo. The two dinosaurs waited for me, but the helper was there to help . Thanks a lot. Closed to Lawson and Kanazawa castle. There is also a microwave waiting Infront of door lift.

The entrance is automated with robots, but aside from that, it is a normal business hotel. The room is clean with sufficient amenities. The location is good.

Hotel was in a good location with a fun check in. There is a washer / dryer which was helpful. Clean room and a good size.
